TRU ENGINEERING

TRU Engineering applies scientific principles and logic to the planning, design, and construction processes of land development in the arid Southwest. TRU works in parallel stages with other design professionals to create construction documents and studies for owners and developers to entitle, design and construct challenging projects throughout the Southwest. TRU Engineering was established by Tim Deters and Paul Fritz (owners) in 2017, under TRU Development Co., to provide in-house civil engineering services directly to TRU Development and has since added external clientele. Paul F. Fritz, P.E., is a partner and VP/Director of Civil Engineering for the firm. Mr. Fritz has been providing civil engineering consulting services for owners, developers, architects and public agencies for over 31 years of which 28 have been in the Clark County valley including the City of Las Vegas, the City of Henderson, the City of North Las Vegas and the City of Mesquite.
