WAVERLEY ONE

Waverley One's Development Plan was approved by Knox City Council in February 2023. We are now working on the submission of the Planning Permit which provides details on the lot-mix and types of homes that will be built. We anticipate an outcome towards the end of 2023, allowing us to commence construction in 2024. If we meet these milestones, we could be welcoming our first residents into the community in 2025.
