Greg Phelan

Greg Phelan, Partner - Greg's experience in agriculture operations goes back to his childhood years, working on the family ranches. Greg has worked at all levels of ranch management, has a background in a variety of crops and services along with degrees in crop science and agriculture. He oversees Windmill Pacific LLC projects from inception to daily operation, while overseeing the ranch management team. Greg believes that customer relationships are the key to success.

James Rietkerk

James Rietkerk, Partner- James grew up among farmers and ranchers and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Windmill Pacific LLC. He has a strong background in agricultural operations, with specific expertise in berry crops. Josh joined the Windmill team in January 2022 as the financial controller. Leading the Finance team, Josh is responsible for the delivery of finance services such as accounting, treasury, reporting and budgeting.
