Windmill Cluster of Schools is committed to ensuring a proactive anti-racist approach in all areas of partnership work and strives to embed diversity and inclusion across our shared schools' culture. We aim to address discrimination through the positive advancement of equity; creating learning opportunities, events and celebrations together which promote respect for all... We are really grateful to the funders and organisations whose amazing support makes our work possible... We support staff development at all levels to impact on high quality Teaching & Learning across the cluster. We regularly coordinate shared CPD, including an annual shared training day, to enhance staff expertise, confidence and improved wellbeing. We have hosted Race & Education training for Lambeth senior leaders, funded by London South Teaching Schools Alliance. We have developed externally evaluated Action Research projects, including a two-year programme, ‘Confident Creators' with Brixton Learning..
