Oxfordshire South and Vale Citizens Advice (OSAV) is an independent local charity. Our local volunteers provide the backbone of our advice services supported by a small paid team. We operate from 4 advice centres (Abingdon, Didcot, Henley and Thame), and 4 outreach hubs (Berinsfield, Faringdon, RAF Benson and Wallingford)... Last year, in our area, Citizens Advice helped over 10,378 clients, dealing with over 21k issues and helping to get £2.3m in income gain for clients... We also provide website support, email and web chat and if needed we can provide face to face appointments and we offer a drop in service to our vulnerable clients.
