Adam Ferro

Adam joined MHA as a school-leaver in 2005. Initially joining as a trainee, he has ascended through the ranks and currently holds the position of Senior Manager. Commencing his career in MHA's Peterborough office, Adam collaborated with partner leads in various industries such as Manufacturing & Distribution, Automotive, and Not for Profit. Over the years, he has expanded his professional scope and, while maintaining a presence in Peterborough, he now manages a portfolio of Technology clients engaged with MHA's London office. His responsibilities include leading on audit, accounts preparation, and the review thereof. Beyond his professional endeavours, Adam is a devoted family man. His personal interests encompass fervour for football, spending quality time with his family, and enjoying leisurely walks.

Adam Parton

Adam joined MHA in 1993 and became a Partner in the Lancaster Office in 2014. His background and training in accounts, personal and corporate taxation has left him well placed to support owner managed businesses on many levels. Adam's team, under his guidance, deal with many self-employed, partnership and privately owned businesses around the South Cumbria and North Lancashire area with some business clients further afield. Adam's greatest strength is his ability to communicate well with both his clients and individuals in the local business community. His talent for understanding and working closely with his clients has led to a sizeable portfolio spanning many different sectors, with a significant number of clients operating in the hospitality and leisure sector. Adam works with clients, not only in terms of accountancy and taxation advice, but also to help them achieve their short and long term commercial strategies. In addition to his Accounting and Advisory role Adam also takes responsibility for Payroll Partner. Adam spends most of his time in the local area enjoying the benefits of working and living close to the Lake District. He enjoys socialising with his husband, family and friends loves taking long walks with his dog in the countryside and parks. Adam also likes to travel outside of the UK on sunshine holidays and city breaks.

Alex is an Audit Partner in Manchester. A graduate of Lancaster University, qualifying as an ACA in 2005, he is now an FCA, and has developed his skill set over several years with top ten audit firms. Alex is the part of MHA's Audit board. His role includes responsibility for maintaining audit quality for the network. Alex looks after a portfolio of audit clients across retail, manufacturing, distribution and technology sectors. Alex's experience is predominantly working with large owner managed businesses through to PE backed corporate entities across a number of sectors and international territories. Alex has a specialism in share and business valuation and has experience in the valuation of intellectual property including brands. He uses this expertise both directly in specific valuation engagements but also indirectly in supporting his clients, enabling them to better understand the drivers of value, building more sustainable and ultimately more valuable businesses. Alex is a member of the Academy of Experts in recognition of this skill set. Alex is a keen cyclist who regularly cycles around Cheshire and beyond. He has cycled from John O'Groats to Land's End and from Coast to Coast in England. As an avid Manchester United fan, he has regularly attended matches since 1991 including European Cup Finals wins in Barcelona in 1999 and Moscow in 2008. Alex is an assistant leader at the local Cub Scout pack where his daughter is a Cub.

Andreas joined MHA in August 2012 as a trainee after graduating from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Finance, Accounting and Management. Andreas currently works on a varied and diverse portfolio of clients, specialising in audit and accounts. His clients range from large groups to SMEs and has been heavily involved in the Construction sector since his appointment. Andreas has built a good rapport with his clients and prides himself on maintaining long standing relationships and adding value at every opportunity.

Andrew is Corporate Finance Partner. His role is to support founders and shareholders with their strategic thinking from a transaction perspective and to help them deliver the best outcome for themselves personally, as well as for their business and wider stakeholders. He is able to do this due to his extensive experience across a broad spectrum of projects including management buy outs, acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, fundraising and cash-out transactions, as well as significant experience of working with private equity houses on a range of deals. Andrew's vast knowledge and expertise has allowed him to gain involvement across many sectors, with specialisms including healthcare, software (tech) and manufacturing. Andrew prides himself on offering honest, tailored advice and works closely with clients to become an integral member of their team. Andrew has a passion for ESG and puts it at the heart of everything he does, leading the way on Governance within the ESG agenda. Living in Manchester since finishing university, Andrew is originally from Doncaster. As a dad of three, he squeezes in time to enjoy playing football with a local Cheshire team.
