SAIPEM - Key Persons

Adriana Veronica Gea

Job Titles:
  • Diversity & Inclusion
Diversity is a treasure; the natural world enlightens us by revealing the existence of various forms of life.Diversity is also equity, not equality: we are all different, but with equal rights.Diversity is uniqueness: every person at Saipem has to be able to grow and improve. I believe we are all different in kind, but with equal opportunity to express and identify ourselves. The driving force of the Diversity and Inclusion Department, of which I am a member, is, therefore, to enhance individual differences and talents and show the extent to which Saipem is an inclusive company. I strongly believe the culture of differences is, and must be a bastion of radical, corporate change, in which diversities are NEVER seen as VALUE SUBTRACTED but ALWAYS as VALUE ADDED.
