Alison Stanley is an HR Director with wide-ranging commercial and public sector experience in leadership, organisational change and the development and implementation of effective, engaging people management practices.
She qualified and practiced as an employment lawyer, heading up employment law at British Airways, before moving into senior HR roles at Barclays and then moving to the public sector as a HR Director at DWP.
Up until July 2018 Alison was HR Director of Civil Service Employee Policy and Reward, a new cross government consultancy service based in the Cabinet office which she created and led.
She has deep expertise and experience in all areas of employee policy and pay, including workplace adjustment for employees with disabilities, wellbeing and equal opportunities.

Bronagh is the Director of Nursing, Policy and Practice for the Royal College of Nursing in the UK.
From 2004-2010 Bronagh held the posts of Director of Nursing and Deputy Chief Executive for United Hospitals Health and Social Services Trust and Director of Nursing/Chief Nurse/Director of Operational Services for Older People and Community Health and Social Care at the Northern Health and Social Care Trust (NHSCT) in Northern Ireland.
In 2016 Bronagh was appointed by the Health Minister in Northern Ireland as the Nurse Adviser on an international expert panel tasked with leading an informed debate on the best configuration of Health and Social Care services in Northern Ireland.

Malcolm McCaig is chair of the board of trustees and is also a Certified Management Consultant.
Malcolm was a partner at both Deloitte and Ernst & Young, and he has held senior executive positions at Cigna Corporation, Prudential UK and National Australia Bank.
Malcolm has worked with a number of charities, either in the education sector as a Trustee, or as a Corporate Social Responsibility ambassador in his various NED roles. He is also on the Court of the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants.
