Benjamin H. Davis joined AngioDynamics as Senior Vice President, Business Development, Strategy and R&D in March 2015. Prior to joining AngioDynamics, Mr. Davis most recently was the Vice President of Business Integration at C.R. Bard, Inc. where he also served as the Divisional Head of Business Development from 2004-2013. Before joining C.R. Bard, Inc., Mr. Davis held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Axya Medical Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant College and Master in Business Administration in Finance from Bentley University Graduate School of Business.

Chad T. Campbell

Chad T. Campbell joined AngioDynamics in May 2016. He is the Senior Vice President and General Manager for AngioDynamics' Oncology and Vascular Access Global Business Units. In his role, Mr. Campbell oversees research and development and global commercialization of Oncology and Vascular Access GBU portfolios. Mr. Campbell joined AngioDynamics from Medtronic where he served as the Vice President of Marketing for the Patient Care and Safety business after serving as the Vice President of Marketing for the SharpSafety business at Covidien (Medtronic). During his tenure at Covidien, Mr. Campbell also held roles including Director of Marketing, Area Vice President of Sales, Region Manager, Product Manager and Account Manager. Mr. Campbell received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky.

David D. Helsel

David D. Helsel currently serves as Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Supply Chain and has been with AngioDynamics since December 2017. Prior to joining AngioDynamics he was Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain, at Hill-Rom Holdings for almost three years. Before that, Mr. Helsel worked at Haemontiecs for three years where he served as Executive Vice President for Global Manufacturing and also spent almost nineteen years in various positions with increasing responsibility at Covidien, including Vice President of Operations for the Surgical Solutions Division and Medical Supplies Division. An expert in Lean and Six Sigma, Mr. Helsel also served as Global Director of Operational Excellence, supporting sixty-three manufacturing facilities. Mr. Helsel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from LeTourneau University.

Dennis S. Meteny joined the AngioDynamics Board of Directors in March 2004. Mr. Meteny is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cygnus Manufacturing Company LLC, a privately held manufacturer of minimally- and non-invasive medical device products; health and safety components; and high-precision transportation, aerospace and industrial products. From 2003-06, Mr. Meteny was an Executive-in-Residence at the Pittsburgh Life Sciences Greenhouse, a strategic economic development initiative of the University of Pittsburgh Health System, Carnegie Mellon University, the University of Pittsburgh, the state of Pennsylvania and local foundations. From 2001-03 he was President and Chief Operating Officer of TissueInformatics Inc., a privately-held company engaged in the medical imaging business. From 2000-01, Mr. Meteny was a business consultant to various technology companies. Prior to that, Mr. Meteny spent 15 years in several executive-level positions, including as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1994-99, of Respironics Inc., a cardio-pulmonary medical device company. Eileen Auen most recently served as Executive Chairman of Helios, a $1 billion healthcare services firm formed by the merger of PMSI and Progressive Medical in 2013. She currently provides consulting services to the healthcare industry through Deep Run Consulting, a firm she founded. Prior to joining AngioDynamics, Mr. Clemmer served as President… President and Chief Executive Officer Jim Clemmer joined AngioDynamics in April 2016, bringing more than 25 years of leadership within the healthcare industry and a proven track record of success. Prior to AngioDynamics, Clemmer served as president of the $1.8 billion medical supplies segment at Covidien plc., where he directed strategic and day-to-day operations for global business divisions that collectively manufactured 23 different product categories. In addition, he managed global manufacturing, research and development, operational excellence, business development and all other functions associated with the medical supplies business. Prior to his role at Covidien, Clemmer served as group president at Kendall Healthcare, where he managed the US business across five divisions and built the strategic plan for the Medical Supplies segment before it was spun off from Tyco. Clemmer began his career at Sage Products, Inc. Clemmer currently serves on the Board of Directors for AngioDynamics and Lantheus Medical Imaging. Clemmer is a graduate of the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.

Juan Carlos Serna - SVP

Juan Carlos Serna moved into the role of Senior Vice President of Scientific and Clinical Affairs (S&CA) in December 2020. Mr. Serna leads our global Clinical Affairs and Services, Medical Affairs, Physician Education, and Healthcare Economics teams as they work to advance scientific research and patient access to AngioDynamics' technologies and devices. Mr. Serna brings more than 20 years of experience to this role, leading FDA-regulated companies through preclinical, clinical, reimbursement, and regulatory transformations. Mr. Serna joined AngioDynamics in 2017 as Vice President of Global Clinical Affairs and Healthcare Economics. In previous roles, he founded and developed the core technology behind Right Submission, a web-based regulatory submission platform for the medical device industry, and served as president of a medical device clinical and regulatory consulting firm. He received his B.A.in Biology and Philosophy from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

Kim L. Seabury became the head of the AngioDynamics' IT group in September 2011. Prior to joining AngioDynamics, Mrs. Seabury served as Vice President of Emerging Technologies and Product Development for Pitney Bowes Software, managing global software development teams for both core products and emerging SaaS solutions. Prior to her role at Pitney Bowes, Mrs. Seabury held several key leadership positions at MapInfo Corporation, including Global Managing Director of IT, IT Business Applications Director and Director of Web Operations. Mrs. Seabury is certified in PSI, Operational Excellence, ITIL and is a Six-Sigma Green Belt. In addition, Mrs. Seabury has extensive experience in project management and has participated in a variety of leadership development programs. Mrs. Seabury holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Arts and Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Ms. Piccinini brings more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles in the Medical Device/Technology industry, with an extensive background in the field of respiratory care. Most recently, she served as CEO & member of the Board of Directors for Respiratory Motion, Inc., and was Global Head of Commercial Operations for the Implants business unit at Nobel Biocare Systems (Danaher Company/Envista IPO). Earlier in her career, Ms. Piccinini served as President of EMEA at both Covidien and Stryker. Since June 2019, Dr. Tarnoff has been Chair of the Department of Surgery and Surgeon-in-Chief at Tufts Medical Center and Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Tarnoff has been a surgeon at Tufts since 2001. Dr. Tarnoff was Chief Medical Officer at Medtronic from January 2015 through August 2019. From 2008 until its acquisition by Medtronic in 2015, Dr. Tarnoff served as the Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President for Medical Affairs at Covidien plc. Prior to joining AngioDynamics, and bringing with him more than 16 years of private and public-sector experience in communications, community relations, and politics, Mr. Cheeks served as a key member of the Mower public affairs practice, where he advised global corporations and non-profits, and developed award-winning communications strategies for major economic development projects. Prior to his role at Mower, Mr. Cheeks served in several key roles for a New York Governor including deputy director for legislative affairs and deputy press secretary. In addition, Mr. Cheeks provided communications support for several United States presidential candidates and served as a professional volunteer for the White House. Mr. Cheeks holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Oswego and a Strategic Communications certificate from the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences at the George Washington University.
