BrightWire Networks was founded in 2005 by Gordon Carlisle, an enterprise-level systems administrator, and Todd Whitley, a service-industry entrepreneur. Gordon brought more than a dozen years' experience at a Fortune 50 firm, where he and his team maintained nearly 900 servers. Todd had recently entered the IT field after selling a successful coffee shop he had founded as a bootstrap startup a decade prior. Both saw a need in Olympia for state-of-the-art IT service delivered with unsurpassed customer care... Today the Brightwire Networks team is made up 20 hardworking but humble people who share Gordon and Todd's "people first" vision of service...
