Before entering into the legal field in 2013, Kat managed offices for structural engineers, architects, land-clearing contractors, and insurance offices. She was born and raised in Wisconsin, lived in Phoenix, AZ and relocated to Woodstock, GA with her husband and their fur-babies in 2007. Kat enjoys riding her 2016 Indian Scout motorcycle, going to the movies, trying new restaurants with family & friends, and traveling.

Mr. Gregory R. Bobbs

Mr. Gregory R. Bobbs joined The Law Office of Shannan S. Collier, P.C. in 2019 as a paralegal, working primarily on our commercial litigation matters. Since the mid 1970's Mr. Bobbs has honed his skills in drafting, summarizing, and editing construction contracts and focused upon AIA contracts. During this time he also gained experience in corporate governance in small, closely held corporations. He owned stock in a number of small companies which allowed him to learn and expand his management skills. In the 1980's, Mr. Gregory R. Bobbs managed construction projects, taking them out of jeopardy and through to profitable conclusion. Mr. Bobbs has extensively studied Mortgage and Asset Backed Securities Litigation, researching statutes, SEC filings, and case laws on asset secured mortgages. For the nine years, he reviewed and explained related documents to foreclosure defense attorneys, including loan documents, mortgage bundling and sales contracts, assignments, allonges, land trusts, blank endorsed documents, dry trusts, and interaction and powers documents among loan holders, trusts, mortgage servicers, mortgage guarantors, and mortgage originators. Mr. Bobbs graduated high school from Georgia-Cumberland Academy, Calhoun Georgia, in 1967. He is a United States Army Veteran, discharged in 1971. In 2010 Mr. Gregory R. Bobbs decided that it was time to experience college and was accepted at The University of North Georgia at age 61, where he has earned an Associate's of Arts and Science in Paralegal Studies, a Bachelor's of Arts and Science in Paralegal Studies/Technology, and a Bachelor's of Science in Political Science/Pre-Law. He is currently completing a Masters of Administration in International Affairs. Mr. Bobbs is a member of The Golden Key International Honor Society. Mr. Bobbs is also a Master Carpenter and was the millwork carpenter on a 2001 Street of Dreams Home in Harbor Point Yacht Club. In his spare time, Mr. Gregory R. Bobbs enjoys building, riding motorcycles, and spending plenty of time with his two dogs, Kylie and Kala.

Shannan S. Collier Stalvey

For over 30 years, Shannan Collier Stalvey has been providing legal services to a wide array of clients. In her business transactional practice, Ms. Stalvey has helped newly formed and newly acquired businesses set a strong foundation for future growth. She works with existing and well-established businesses identify, correct, and prevent weaknesses. She also facilitates the acquisition and disposition of businesses, ensuring compliance with legal and accounting standards. Shannan S. Collier Stalvey recognizes the importance of estate planning and business succession, thus, she works to ensure the efficient management and disposition of business and personal assets in the event of incapacitation or death with clients in all financial situations. Shannan S. Collier Stalvey also works closely with distribution, licensing, and franchising businesses, both domestically and internationally, putting together the pieces of complex business relationships through the preparation and use of comprehensive documentation. Shannan S. Collier Stalveyearned her B.B.A. from The University of North Florida in Jacksonville. Thereafter, she attended Cumberland School of Law and Samford University, where she was the first woman attending to simultaneously earn her J.D. and M.B.A. She then studied at Emory University, School of Law, where she obtained her Masters of Laws in Taxation. Shannan S. Collier Stalvey is a member of both the Florida and Georgia bars and maintains clientele in both states. She is also a Tax Section member and a frequent speaker at seminars, wherein she instructs both lawyers and non-lawyers on various business, estate, and tax planning techniques. In her free time, Shannan S. Collier Stalvey enjoys ballroom dancing and spending time with her family - including her four-legged children. She lives in Cobb County with her husband Brian and son Aron. An active member of her community, she donates her time and efforts to many charitable and non-profit organizations.

Stanley D. Mager

Ted Silverbach

Ted Silverbach graduated from John Marshall Law School in December of 2008 and has been licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia since June of 2009. Almost immediately Ted founded a law firm focusing on all things litigation, and, since then has handled a variety of litigation matters including commercial, consumer, domestic, criminal disputes. Because of his broad ranging and diverse experience, Ted has gained mastery of the Civil Justice System. Notably, Ted's former firm recovered more than $11,000,000.00 for their clients between 2015 and 2019. In February 2023, Ted sold his interests in his former firm and partnered with Shannan Collier Stalvey to ply his expertise in the areas of Commercial Law, Business Law, Probate Litigation, and other related matters. Ted received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi ("Ole Miss"), and because of that Ted has a love of all things SEC. Ted has been an avid athlete his entire life, competing as a championship level swimmer, playing football, and dabbling in power lifting. Since January 2015, Ted has also trained and competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It is Ted's competitive spirit and his dedication to his clients that has driven him to succeed in his practice.
