Education Governance Services Ltd was formed by Tony Lee with the aim of using his extensive governance and corporate compliance experience to make a positive difference to the governance of organisations including schools, academies, colleges, charitable and commercial companies operating within the education or charities sectors... Our mission is to help organisations to achieve and maintain governance excellence by offering a range of expertise to support, inform, train and enthuse governors, clerks and other leaders to join together and perform their duties with the knowledge and confidence needed to ensure organisational success. We aim to do this by offering training, mentoring, advice and support packages to governors and clerks and by providing interim clerking or governance solutions according to the needs of our clients
