She is an active angel investor and has gained expertise in boardrooms, where she has held positions with start-up and scale-up companies in diverse sectors such as B2B software, data service business, fintech and healthcare. Her experience in guiding these companies has contributed to their growth and success. Over the past two decades, she has thus acquired unique expertise in supporting companies of various sizes, IPOs, spin-offs, and complex financing rounds. She has built up her international network through years of working in the financial capitals of London, New York, Milan, and Frankfurt. Her leadership acumen, extensive financial market experience, and boardroom involvement position her as a valuable asset in driving successful investments at Einstein Industries Ventures and supporting the growth of innovative New Space companies. Hecker holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Münster and an M.Sc. in Economics (Diplom-Kauffrau) from the University of Würzburg, Germany.
