Colin Bostock

Colin has extensive experience in Place Making, Community Development & Engagement, Community Safety and Reconciliation Projects across State and Local Government. He enjoyed a successful career in the Royal Navy as a senior Logistics & Supply Officer. With strong interpersonal and communication skills and recent change management experience, he is a skilled and brave negotiator in difficult management issues. He enjoys working closely with our culturally diverse community and wants to make the city a safe place to live healthy, connected lives, where everyone is welcome.

Kathy Walker

Kathy is highly respected for her expertise and skills in change management, effective communication and leadership, conflict resolution and relationship enhancement. Kathy presents to and coaches educators, leaders and organisations across the world in a wide range of sectors including the corporate world, educational settings and Boards of Management. Kathy is a highly sought-after keynote speaker, facilitator and coach. Kathy's outstanding contribution is demonstrated by being awarded an Order of Australia in 2015 and the recipient of many fellowships and awards. She was an academic at RMIT university, Manager of Child Play Therapy at Monash and was Founding Director of the international organisation Early Life Foundations which supports parents and educators in the early childhood and primary sectors across the world. She has had experience as a Board member in a number of other organisations. She has worked in leadership and change management for over 20 years nationally and internationally. Kathy is a recognised author of 7 text books with Penguin Publishing and the Australian Council of Educational Research.

Raju Adhikari

Dr. Adhikari has 28 years of R&D experience at the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) for product development, technology transfer, and commercialisation. He is one of the coinventors of Elast-EonTM and NovoSorbTM and TranspiratiOnal platform technologies. He holds the position of Adjunct Associate Professor at the School of Science, RMIT University, and has published 6 book chapters, over 100 peer-reviewed papers, and 28 patents with citations of over 9500.... As founding chair of the Nepal Science Foundation, Skill Knowledge, and Innovation (SKI) (NRNA), and global research director of Emotional Well-Being Institute (EWBI) Geneva, he has been a strong advocate of access to health and science education for all. As a member of the South Asian Communities Ministerial Advisory Council (SACMAC), and the Victoria Multicultural Commission, he has worked closely with Government to champion migrant communities' issues.

Ranjit Gajendra Nadarajah - Chairman

Ranjit Gajendra is the current Chair of the Board of EV, and has been a member of the Board since 2012. Ranjit nurtures relationships and is a storyteller with more than twenty years of management, leadership, advisory, and governance experience in diverse international contexts across including business and finance, higher education and research, and program management. Committed to equity, inclusiveness, community development, and sustainable change, Ranjit has applied his skills and experience to diverse social projects that generate economic, health, and social benefits for vulnerable communities. Ranjit is a Fellow of the Governance Institute, of CPA, and of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Ranjit holds a Masters of Education Management, a Masters of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and is a PhD candidate studying ‘management, leadership and governance aspects of transnational research collaboration and knowledge translation'.

Sally Hoffman

Sue Edmonds - Treasurer

A qualified CPA and registered tax agent, Sue has more than 35 years experience in accounting and taxation public practice, catering to small business, investors, self-managed super funds, and individuals. Her accounting practice focuses strongly on client relationships and quality service. Sue also brings 10 years experience in accounting and audit in the State Government Education and Community Services sectors. Sue has been a member of the EV Board for over 10 years... Sue's vision for EV is to continue to provide caring, timely, efficient, and effective services to the community in an environment where government funding is becoming an increasingly scarce resource.
