Experts and litigation consultants receive the advantage of paying a one-time fee, with no hourly markup, only after they have a new client and payment is received by them... We believe the receipt of a reduced fee of $228.57 per hour for the first 8.75 hours is a small price for an Expert or Litigation Consultant to pay for a new Attorney client that may be a repeat client. Annualized, $228.57 per hour equals $475,425 per year. ($228.57 x 2080 hours)
