Alex DesLauriers is responsible for coordination of client service activities for JDIMI. Specializing in the hospitality, manufacturing, and technology industries for over 7 years.
Joining our brokerage in 2014, Alex specializes in reducing insurance costs by developing written action plans to identify goals, coordinating strategies for improving safety and claims management systems, and monitoring progress on identified goals. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Guelph University, a Business Insurance diploma from Seneca College, and the Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
Alex is an avid squash player and musician, and enjoys canoeing and hiking in Ontario's great outdoors.

Amandeep Dulku has over 13 years' experience in the insurance industry with a proven track record working for some of the largest global insurance companies and a multi-national insurance brokerage. Amandeep specializes in risk managed solutions and niche products for large clients requiring customized insurance, including captives and alternative risk transfer. His experience includes servicing International insurance programs in the retail, manufacturing, banking and real estate industries. Amandeep was the primary underwriter on one of the largest drug and food retail business in addition to one of largest REITs in Canada.
Amandeep is a graduate of the University of Toronto and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. His professional insurance designations include Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO), Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and Canadian Risk Management (CRM).

Angela Iannetta has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry of which 17 years were spent in a consulting role. She leverages her quantitative and insurance knowledge to design and implement risk retention and transfer solutions to ensure that value is driven through analytically sound methodologies. She has built numerous complex mathematical and financial models used to optimize the total cost of risk and has led and provided technical insight on alternative risk financing solutions including captives, reciprocals, special purpose vehicles and group pools. Her broad risk management and consulting experience ranges across various industry sectors including public entity, retail, real estate, life sciences, manufacturing, energy, mining and construction.
Angela has both built and led consulting practices for various companies in Canada on a National basis. More recently, she was Vice-President & Director of Eastern Canada for one of the world's largest Global Risk Consulting brokerage firms. In this role she directed and led the overall strategic initiatives and growth strategy for Eastern Canada and was responsible for the direction, leadership and support to a team that provided various risk services including Analytical and Actuarial Services, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Alternative Risk Solutions.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pure Mathematics with further scholastic concentration in statistics and actuarial science. She has her Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation, Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation and is a licensed insurance broker.

Anne-Marie has over 20 years of experience in Commercial Insurance, and more specifically, over 10 years in the lumber sector and international business.
Working alongside the firm's Industry Leaders and Business Specialists, she is responsible for the firm's Québec Operations by delivering the strategic vision of the brokerage, leading and supporting a frontline broker team. Her experience includes Aviation, International business, Wood transformation, Pharmaceutical and major commercial accounts.
Anne-Marie is a graduate of HEC Montreal. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. Anne-Marie is a CIP.
Antony works alongside the firm's Industry Leaders and Business Specialists, and is responsible for the firm's bonding portfolio and its day to day operations. His experience includes over 7 years of progressive surety underwriting experience at one of the largest surety companies in Canada.
Antony is a graduate of University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. Additionally, Antony is a holder of the Associateship in Canadian Surety Bonding certificate as well as the Canadian Risk Management Designation. When Antony is not at the office he is active in the community supporting the Daily Bread Food Bank and the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Ashley has over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, and is responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships. Her current focus is on Architects & Engineers, Manufacturers and Contractors. Working alongside many of the industry leaders has only heightened her knowledge in many business sectors. She has achieved a diploma in Public and Private Investigations from Sheridan College.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys many activities with her husband, and 2 boys. They love going up to the cottage in the summer and travelling to warm destinations during the winter months.
Brandon Moore has over 13 years of experience in the construction and manufacturing sector of insurance. Working alongside the firm's industry leaders and business specialists, he is responsible for the firm's construction and manufacturing of new business. His experience includes all areas of Canadian construction including contractors' bonds and builders' risks, as well as plastics and chemical manufacturing, general liability, and property coverage.
Brandon is a graduate of Sheridan College. He holds a diploma in business and is a fully licensed insurance broker.
Cole is responsible for sales and client services at Jones DesLauriers. Specializing in unique risk placements in the commercial insurance division, Cole provides consulting and brokerage services for many clients across Ontario.
Using his knowledge from his time in commercial underwriting, Cole is actively reducing insurance costs by developing action plans to identify risks, coverage deficiencies and improving risk management systems.
Connor has had a primary focus on providing risk solutions for Construction Companies and Complex Realty for the past 5 Years. He actively works with clients on providing cross border solutions for multi-national businesses, publicly traded companies as well as owner operated businesses with international exposure.
Connor also works with clients on a multitude of other coverages more specifically in the Tech, Retail, Manufacturing & Hospitality Industries.
He earned a Bachelors Degree from Western University in 2016.
Danny has over 20 years of insurance experience with his skills focused on insurance and risk management solutions for Executive Risk, Global Accounts and Professional Liability. He was a member of the Executive team for over 6 years and most recently accountable for the mentoring of our Producer group. Prior to joining Jones DesLauriers, Danny managed the Canadian operations for a major U.S. insurer.
Danny is a graduate of the University of Toronto. He is a certified Professional Engineer holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, and holds a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. Danny is active in the community supporting Hospital for Sick Kids and Free the Children, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Dave Hodgson is an experienced commercial insurance broker dealing in professional liability, general liability and property risks. Over the last 18 years, he has enjoyed working with large and medium sized organizations in healthcare, construction & manufacturing.
Insuring a wide range of these businesses has allowed him to build his skills to be able to place any commercial insurance risk. Dave is pleased to provide personalized professional service to his clients, ensuring the appropriate coverage to complement their individual needs.
David Blow began his insurance career with Jones DesLauriers in the fall of 2014. He successfully graduated from the Jones DesLauriers Producer Development Program in 2015 and has since utilized the knowledge and skills gained from the program to provide more expansive expert advice to his clients. From the onset of his career, David has built an expertise in the Commercial Realty, Manufacturing and High Hazard sectors.
David is a graduate of the University of Guelph and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He is also a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker and is working towards earning his Canadian Risk Management designation.
David Gottlieb is responsible for the coordination of client service activities for the Assisted Living, Faith Based and Developmental Services sectors. Specializing in the Non-Profit industry for over 15 years, David provides consulting and brokerage services for companies across Canada. He specializes in reducing insurance costs by developing written action plans to identify goals, coordinating strategies for improving safety and claims management systems, and monitoring progress on identified goals.
David has earned his Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) Designation in 2012 from the Insurance Institute of Canada. He also holds a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation. When David is not working, he enjoys fitness, camping, cycling, travel, and volunteering for Community Living Toronto and the Knights of Columbus.
Donny is responsible for coordination of client service activities for Jones DesLauriers. Specializing in the Trucking industry for over 16 years. Donny Cunha provides consulting and brokerage services for over 60 clients in Greater Toronto Area. He specializes in reducing insurance costs by developing written action plans to identify goals, coordinating strategies for improving safety and claims management systems, and monitoring progress on identified goals. Donny's background includes over 10 years of Trucking Underwriting experience and joined Jones DesLauriers in 2014.
Donovan Williams is an IT Manager who, along with his team, works hands-on to manage and grow the IT infrastructure at Jones Deslauriers. After spending over a decade working in the IT industry as a Hardware Systems Manager, Donovan knows what can truly make or break a brokerage that doesn't invest in such a critical component of their business.
In addition to his Information System Manager role, Donovan knows how important it is to stay on top of the latest and greatest in technology, yet he still manages to find time to play softball in a summer league and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Donovan is a CSM Certified Software Manager.
Doug Bennett is responsible for coordination of client service activities for Jones Deslauriers Insurance Management. Having exposure to a number of areas of industry for over 35 years, Doug provides consulting and brokerage services for a number of clients. He specializes in reducing insurance costs by developing written action plans to identify goals, coordinating strategies for improving safety and claims management systems, and monitoring progress on identified goals. Doug has earned his FCIP and CRM and attended many seminars on various aspects of the business.

Frank Dearie has been in the commercial insurance business for over 12 years. Frank specializes in commercial realty, construction, auto fleets, professional liability, employment practices liability and cyber. In addition, he has extensive knowledge and understanding of working specifically with veterinarians, travel agents, and tour operators. Frank previously worked in the HVAC industry before becoming an insurance broker.
Frank was recognized as one of the Top 10 under 40 brokers in 2013. He is also a recipient of the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation.
When not at the office, you can find Frank chasing after his four children, or when he's lucky, spending his free time snowboarding, mountain biking, wake surfing, golfing, or swimming.
Glenn has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in transportation. He joined Jones DesLauriers in 1995, and has been serving the Board for 2 years now. He holds a Commissioner of Oaths and a General Insurance Agent license in another province.
Graham has a primary focus on providing risk solutions for the manufacturing, hospitality and commercial retail sectors. His background in industrial manufacturing and process automation serves as a key resource to clients with respect to their business operation, risk assessment and mitigation techniques. Graham also works with clients on a multitude of other coverages including but not limited to Directors & Officers, cyber and product recall.
As an Account Executive for Commercial Insurance, Jake is a diligent and proven placement broker who is well-known for finding commercial insurance solutions for hard-to-place businesses. His areas of specialty include Real Estate, Manufacturing, Construction, Professional Liability and Hospitality.
With five years of experience, Jake works closely with clients-optimizing their business performance through strategic risk mitigation and management strategies. He brings a wealth of sales expertise, product and market knowledge to the forefront of his practice.
In his spare time, Jake loves to golf and is a voluntary head coach with the Greater Toronto Hockey League.
Jason has over 20 years of experience across various disciplines within the insurance industry. His account management style is to act first as risk advisor to the business; engaging as an extension of the management team.

Jennette Lee Wah has over 18 years of insurance experience and has worked in all service roles within an insurance brokerage. As the Director of Commercial Insurance, she leads a group of Account Managers & Assistants in our Mississauga office, Port Hope Office as well as The Hull Group located in our downtown office. Jennette understands the operations of what the front-line staff deal with daily and can find solutions to enhance their ability to be more productive and efficient.
