Carrie is an experienced SEND Teacher and has driven successful whole school initiatives and developments within the curriculum, particularly in Maths and Science in SEND. Carrie is CPL Lead across Kingfisher Special School and Halcyon Way School.

Jenni is the Director of Professional Learning for Kingfisher Learning Trust with responsibility for pedagogy and staff development. She has a wide range of experience, teaching and leading in both mainstream and special schools for 17 years. She is a trained facilitator for SLE training, the Early Career Teacher Programme with UCL and the OTP/ITP. Jenni is also an Evidence Lead in Education for the Oldham Research School. She is passionate about providing excellence in education for all learners and believes in collaborative working to achieve the highest standards in teaching and learning. A keen advocate of coaching and the use of research to inform practice, she can offer support with strategic leadership, CPD, SEND, behaviour management, teaching & learning, and has a particular interest in coaching, research and the effective use of professional development to effect change.

Naomi is the Action Research Lead across Kingfisher Special School and Halcyon Way School. She is an experienced SEND teacher and is passionate about developing child centred learning through research to ensure the best learning experience possible. Naomi has led successful whole school initiatives and curriculum developments at Kingfisher through her role as English Lead over the last 10 years.
