Mark joined Dixons Academies Trust in Easter 2021 as Regional Executive Principal for the North West, working to take the Dixons' mission to a new region for the benefit of more children and communities. In his previous role, Mark was a Headteacher with the Co-op Academies Trust for the last 8 years. Having trained as a PE teacher, Mark worked across a variety of areas in Greater Manchester and then joined the Future Leaders programme in 2008. This led to Mark's appointment as Deputy Headteacher in schools across Oldham and Tameside prior to his Headship in Salford. Mark is determined to be a driver for change in the lives of young people in the North West and has shown huge determination to make a difference for the children he works for.
Mark is currently supporting Dixons Brooklands as Principal in an interim capacity.
