Brad Lantz-Certified Mind

Brad's goal is to allow his clients to take the steps to a clearer mind, to optimize their knowledge, skills, abilities, and decision making, and to reduce negative thoughts, feelings and emotions that keep people stuck. He teaches mental fitness to achieve greater focus, health, reduced stress, quality sleep, and greater performance. He has also created an online product called Golf's Mental Game to lower golf scores and allow more consistently play. Plus, written a book - Why We Make Decisions, or not!!?? He started his career in corporate marketing where he achieved success as a marketing executive with advertising agencies and as a Director of Marketing of a Fortune 500 company. He led Inner Circle, (CEO/Owner peer groups), where he facilitated meetings and coached over 130 CEOs to grow their businesses on average by 20%. He then discovered his passion in life and became a Certified Mind Health and Wellness Coach.

Scott Plum

Scott Plum started his sales career at age 21 in 1987 selling real estate. He founded the Minnesota Sales Institute in 2002 to teach salespeople how to increase their closing ratio, generate more revenue and stop cutting their price to win the business. He is Professor Plum and host of the podcast "What Salespeople Need to know About Selling" and co-host of a the weekly podcast "Winning at Selling Podcast." Scott has served as president of the Professional Sale s Association (PSA) from 2011-14 and the Sales and Marketing Executives (SME) from 2014-15. And vice president of the National Speakers Association (NSA) in Minnesota from 2015-17.
