He has extensive training in evidence-based psychological approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Relationship Counselling) - Level 1, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma-Informed care practice, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Compassion-focused therapy, and Meditation.
