Alex Moraitis - Founder

Alex Moraitis is the founder and owner of Moraitis Consulting. He has over 20 years of Project Delivery experience across various industries, nationally and internationally, including; Government, Oil and Gas, Health, Education, Utility, Pharmaceutical, Telco, Community Services and Defence. Alex is an extensively trained and experienced ICT Strategic Leader with in-depth knowledge directing multi-million-dollar ICT Programs and leading large enterprise IT Operations, and often engaged as the 'go to man' for critical projects or project recoveries. He is a certified Professional in Program Management, Project Management and IT Service Management and holds a Certified Practicing Project Director (CPPD) Certification with the Australian Institute of Project Managers (AIPM). Alex has built our respected and compliant business model to ensure our professional people and families are looked after and our clients receive professional, high quality and honest services.

Andre Fischer

Andre Fischer has more than 20 years experience in a broad range of technologies and business. His main focus has been on large scale automation, business continuity, migration business transformation projects for government agencies, financial institutions and telcos. Two masters in IT, a solid background in anything infrastructure plus business experience across three continents allow him to adopt quickly and take projects efficiently to the next stage.

Dinusha Wijewardena

Dinusha Wijewardena is an IT graduate, who specialises in Information Systems and a Certified Professional in SAS Statistical Analytics. She has experience working as an ICT Support Specialist in Melbourne as well as in the Banking Sector. Strong communication skills along with interpersonal skills and strong relationship management abilities are at the core of her work ethics. She prides herself on delivering excellent client service ensuring that her client base has a positive experience. Dinusha is also a member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS).

Ian McLaren

Ian McLaren is an experienced Business Analyst with extensive experience in the Health Care Sector. He has been working to provide the Clinical Applications Clinicians use to assist their patients to get well, while also taking into account the reporting and audit requirements to meet management and government KPIs. Ian has international experience from working with clients in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. He has helped to deliver applications in many clinical settings including Emergency, Inpatient, Outpatient, Community, Mental Health, Pharmacy, Results and Orders. He has worked in both the private and public sector. All of which allows him to understand clinicians needs quickly and be able to explain their needs to other IT professionals.

Kazi Golam Kibria

Kazi Golam Kibria is a project manager with 17 years of experience in the Telecom and IT industry. As a project manager, he successfully delivered a number of operational and strategic projects including the development of the critical business application, data center deployment, IoT systems, transformation, and civil projects. Kazi also has international experience to manage projects in UK and Ireland. In his most recent role, he has successfully delivered digital transition projects which involved both private and public sectors. Kazi has a PRINCE2 practitioner certification and he graduated in Electronics and Communication Engineering. "

Manzoor Khan

Manzoor Khan is Certified Change Practitioner from PROSCI ANZ and Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) from IIBA, with 18+ years of international IT experience across business functions, geographies, and industry verticals, driving large IT implementation projects to successful completion through effective elicitation, documentation, and management of requirements and changes. Manzoor is adept at problem solving, understanding business pain areas, and making recommendations for system improvements for achieving new capabilities. He has experience in engaging diverse stakeholders and managing competing priorities. As a Business and Change Analyst in Sidra Medicine, Manzoor has worked across business functions performing business and change analysis, wherein he was responsible for identifying needs, eliciting, analysing, and documenting requirements; and also assessing impact of the change resulting from IT implementation projects and accordingly creating change management and early go-live support strategy. He was responsible for providing extensive support during the go-live phase, including communications, training, and reinforcement activities through online and offline feedback, for smooth transition to future state and new ways of working. Manzoor has an MBA in IT & Systems, and has professional certifications in Change Management (Prosci), Business Analysis (CBAP), and Business Process Management (CBPP from ABPMP).

Mark Williamson

Mark Williamson is a technically-skilled and process-focused IT Unix/Linux/Infrastructure Engineer that is ITIL Certified, with a practical background in Microsoft Windows and Linux Redhat/Ubuntu with with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional IT services to businesses, including management of major production server rooms projects, implementation of OS infrastructure, help desk operations and backup solutions. Mark has developed many creative technology solutions that address key business needs and protect key systems during integration and disasters. Mark's favourite roles allow him to combine his team leadership skills with his technical expertise to implement tools and systems that directly contribute to company revenue and growth. Mark has recently returned to a position that he had previously held 12 years ago, as a Senior Unix/Linux Engineer at Data Centre Services (Northern Territory Government), Before Mark's return he headed up a Darwin IT operation for Sportsbet where he was the senior Network/Server engineer for over 8 years. A career highlight is, is where Mark lead a small team in the 2017 GovHack competition, where his team won the Smart Cities award in which was which was awarded by the Darwin City Council.

Pedro Najera

Pedro has a background as an Industrial Engineer and additionally he has completed a Diploma of Project Management at Charles Darwin University and a PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner Certification. As an Industrial Engineer, Pedro has the knowledge and experience needed to analyse and improve organisational and project processes and systems, to analyse critical data in an organisation or project, and to develop economic evaluations. Pedro has several years of experience managing and working within a wide range of projects in Australia and Mexico including Environment Centre NT and a Smart Cooling in the Tropics Project that was part of the Government's Low Income Energy Efficiency Program (LIEEP).
