Andrew serves as a managing director of Keno Kozie, focused on designing and developing IT strategies that focus on the needs of his clients. He has provided critical vCIO functions to help organizations stay current with changing IT trends to meet their technology needs, both now and into the future. In addition to vCIO services, Andrew has assisted clients with passing security assessments/audits from most of the major banks as well as personally identifiable information audits.
Prior to his current role, Andrew joined Keno Kozie in 2005 as a junior engineer and soon took on a technical leadership role in the Managed Services department before being promoted to director.
Andrew earned his bachelor's degree in telecommunications management from Illinois State University. In his spare time, he enjoys training for a variety of endurance sports.

She focuses on talent and leadership development from onboarding efforts and activities through one's whole professional career at HBR and beyond! Leveraging her extensive consulting experiences and her passion and certifications in development and training, Axelle leads a number of notable HBR's initiatives including the leadership coaching pod program, intentional leadership series, leadership spotlights and HBR's Wellness employee resource group.
Axelle's professional experience includes 14+ years of management consulting, strategic sourcing, department evaluation and redesign, large scale change management projects, legal library sourcing and strategic initiatives (RIS) as well as developing and leading leadership training and development programs.
Axelle graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario with a degree with honors in business administration and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Organizational Development. She is also a certified Leadership Coach through IPEC Coaching, Instructional Designer and Trainer through Association of Talent Development, Legal Lean Six Sigma (White Belt) and a certified YA200 yoga and mindfulness teacher.
Axelle enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures and people around the world. She has young three children that keep her grounded and engaged!
Bobbi serves as a managing director in the Legal Transformation + Innovation practice within the Advisory Business at HBR Consulting (HBR). Bobbi has 30 years of experience in the legal industry delivering strategic, operations and technology services to Fortune 500 legal departments and law firms.
At HBR, Bobbi leads a growing team of professionals bringing fresh thinking to a new era of legal business challenges. She assists law firms and law departments by providing strategic and operational guidance to optimize service delivery, strategy and operations and effective selection and application of transformative technologies. Bobbi and her team bring a business-focused discipline to assist with the development of strategic business plans to achieve the desired performance goals with a focus on value and maximizing revenue.
Prior to joining HBR, she was the Director of Consulting and Analytics at RenewData and an Executive Director with Ernst & Young's Forensic Technology Discovery Services. She holds a bachelor's degree from Wayland Baptist University. She is an active member of The Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production. Bobbi has participated on the drafting teams for the Sedona Conference Commentaries relating to applying proportionality to e-Discovery process along with select U.S. District court judges and other industry leaders. She is a frequent contributor to industry groups and initiatives aimed at modernizing the practice of law. Bobbi began her career as a member of the United State Air Force and maintained the highest level of security clearance during her tenure.

Chris serves as senior vice president of client development at HBR Consulting (HBR). Chris works closely with HBR's leadership and its clients across the Advisory and Managed Services businesses to ensure HBR delivers consistent value to our clients, while deepening and enhancing those relationships. Chris also chairs HBR's management committee and alumni program.
Chris has nearly 20 years of strategic and operational consulting experience across a variety of industries, focusing on transforming service delivery and business operations while improving financial performance. Prior to joining HBR, Chris was founder and managing principal of Overwing, a boutique operational consulting firm, and a director at Huron Consulting Group.
Chris is an active member of the Chicago nonprofit community and currently serves as an executive council member of The Cara Program, as well as an ambassador for the venture philanthropy fund A Better Chicago. Chris has completed executive education from the London Business School and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, and a bachelor's degree in marketing from Villanova University (‘16 & '18 NCAA men's basketball champions).
An avid international traveler and fan of music and sports, Chris enjoys supporting Chicago and Ireland teams, playing mediocre golf and spending time with his wife and three children.

Darren serves as a managing director within the Managed Services business at HBR Consulting (HBR). He provides senior level account management, working with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure that consistently industry-leading services are delivered to clients.
Darren has over 20 years of experience in the legal industry, both as a practicing lawyer and then in the alternative legal services sector. He began his career as a solicitor with Allen & Overy in London before moving in-house for a leading aviation consultancy. After leaving the practice of law, he helped build CPA Global's nascent Legal Processing Outsourcing business, managing the company's flagship Rio Tinto account. Darren moved to the US in 2012 to join UnitedLex and help establish the company's New York City office. There, he was a vice president in the contracts services division, working with in-house counsel at Fortune 500 companies on outsourced legal solutions, before helping create the Financial Services practice and managing a key investment bank account.
Darren holds an MBA from Imperial College London and a B.A. (Hons) in history from the University of Bristol.
Darren is an avid cyclist and skier, theater-lover and long-suffering Spurs supporter (of the Tottenham, rather than San Antonio variety!)

David has 15+ years of experience advising law firms on IT change efforts, process improvement and cost savings.
Prior to joining HBR, David built and led the firm's IT strategic sourcing practice at Profit Recovery Partners. David holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Pepperdine University and an MBA in management from the University of Colorado.
David lives in southwest Colorado with his wife, daughter and chocolate lab. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching baseball, camping, hiking and international travel.

Prior to joining Keno Kozie, he served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Band Digital, Inc., an interactive marketing services and technology consulting agency. Before that, he was Vice President and Controller of Navigant Consulting, a specialized consulting firm that served governmental agencies, legal counsels, and large companies.

Diana serves as vice president of technology services within the Managed Services business at HBR Consulting (HBR). With over 30 years of experience, Diana leads strategy, enterprise and solution architecture, and the program management office (PMO). Diana and her team drive the adoption of industry standard best practices for people, processes, and technology to provide superior solutions and services for clients, as well as continuously improving HBR internal operations.
Prior to joining HBR, Diana served as Chief of Staff to the CIO at NCR Corporation, as well as, CIO at Standard Register (now Taylor Corporation). She also led a small business practice that specialized in consulting and training for IT process and technology assessment and continuous improvement.
Diana holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Georgia and an MBA in global management from the University of Phoenix. She serves as an adjunct professor to Wright State University and Miami University.
Diana lives in southwest Ohio with her husband and has a son who recently graduated from college. She enjoys reading, walking and spending time with friends.

Prior to joining HBR, Hans headed the legal technology consulting practice at Elevate and held senior manager positions at Duff & Phelps, Huron Consulting, Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions, and Mitratech.
Hans graduated from Sorbonne Paris IV with a bachelor's degree in economics, law and applied foreign languages.
Hans loves family, friends, music and travel. He is currently on a quest to visit as many of the 63 U.S. national parks as possible before his legs collapse.

Prior to joining HBR, he worked at White & Case serving as a project manager for the global financial system implementation, and managed the system post-live. Jeremy also previously worked at Baker Robbins where he assisted clients with business process reviews, requirements definition, gap analyses, RFP/system selections, and system implementations.
Jeremy earned his bachelor's degree from Binghamton University with concentrations in finance and marketing.

Jonathan's background includes extensive full-stack technology and product experience. In 2009, he co-founded a legal spend analytics firm, Sky Analytics. As chief technology officer, he oversaw the architecture and development of the SaaS-based service, helping to advance data-driven management in the legal industry. Sky Analytics was sold to Huron in 2015, allowing Jonathan to focus on client service and product management through his exit in mid-2017.
Prior to joining HBR, Jonathan held numerous positions in the industry including roles at Skadden, Association of Corporate Counsel, and General Motors.
