Andrew J. Rader

Andrew Rader is one of about 1% of Florida lawyers who have become board certified by the Florida Bar in civil trial practice. This recognition by the Florida Bar was earned from Mr. Rader's demonstrated excellence in legal knowledge (by examination) and actual trial experience. Mr. Rader has been serving his clients throughout Florida and New York for over 30 years in both state and federal courts. In 2013, Mr. Rader partnered with fellow attorney Kenneth A. Cutler to co-found Rader Law Group, LLC, a leading South Florida personal-injury and commercial-litigation law firm, focusing on serious car accidents, slip/trip and falls, catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice, and business disputes. Born and raised in Freeport, New York, Mr. Rader earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Binghamton University, and a Juris Doctor degree cum laude (with Honors) from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., where he was invited to the GW Law Moot Court Board for his eloquent oral argument. Thereafter he became a public defender in the South Bronx and an AV-Rated and well respected civil trial lawyer who has won substantial recoveries for his many clients Passionate about giving back to the community, Mr. Rader sponsors and contributes to multiple charitable causes and sits as President of the Board of Trustees at Congregation Kol Tikvah. He is married to Meryl Rome, MD and has two grown children, Hannah, a Program Director in Denver and Spencer, a West Point graduate who is now studying to be an electrician in northern Canada.

Cheryl Gomez - CMO

Cheryl Gomez is the Director of Marketing at Rader Law Group with over twenty years of experience creating effective Marketing strategies for both on-line and in direct touch client environments. She joined the firm in 2016. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University and is originally from Northern Virginia. In 2000, Cheryl moved to South Florida and has been appreciating the warm the weather ever since. Along with her passion for marketing and engaging the legal services market, Cheryl's recreational hobbies include gourmet cooking, boating and archery.

Rachael Miller

Rachael Miller is a Presuit Paralegal that has been with Cutler Rader since it opened in 2014. She grew up locally in Coral Springs and attended Marjory Stoneman Douglas high school. Upon graduation, she moved to Orlando and attended the University of Central Florida, obtaining a bachelor's degree in Marketing. In her free time, Rachael enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys traveling, history, outdoor activities, and staying fit. For Rachael, meeting and assisting the firm's clients is the most rewarding part of her job.

Shauna Cannon

Shauna Cannon has over 15 years of pre-litigation paralegal experience. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Shauna spent more than a decade in the personal injury legal field handling national high-profile cases and pursuing liability claims for plaintiffs who fell victim of injuries as a result of the negligence of others. Shauna made the transition to Rader Law Group, LLC because of the firm's integrity, and its commitment and compassion to its clients. Shauna attended both Valencia Community College and Broward Community College. She is a Florida Bar registered paralegal and is West Law certified. Outside of work, Shauna can be found helping homeless animals in the South Florida area. She is a devote volunteer for two local dog rescue groups where she spends much of her free time finding loving homes for abandoned dogs.
