Mr. Bharat Sunam He has over 13 years' experience in HRM & training is very passionate about HR. He has global corporate experience with renowned companies like Shapoorji Pallonji- ,Richmond Group - Singapore and academic experience with Whitehouse College and Presidential College for MBA & EMBA-HR .He has provided trainings on interview skills, corporate etiquettes ,communication skills .He was also the mentor for entrepreneurs of Tootle ,FoodMario and HR in Future DataDriven by USAID
Mr. Chhetry is the Chief Executive Officer of SPIL & has more than 3 decades of experience in insurance industry. He has done EMBA from Purbanchal University and is also a Fellow member (FIII) of Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai. He is the Board Director of Insurance Institute Nepal(IIN), Vice president of Nepal Insurers Association and Member of Self employed Insurance Fund. He is a one of the resource persons of IIN; which focuses in conducting insurance trainings in Nepal.
Mr. Dhoot is designated as a Deputy General Manager. He brings over 28 yrs. of extensive experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining SPIL in the year 2006, he served NLG Insurance Co. Ltd. (formerly known as: National Life and General Insurance Co. Ltd.) for more than a decade. He holds MBA in Marketing from the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi and is an Associate (AIII) member of the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai. He has also actively participated in various seminars/conferences related to Project insurance, ERM, Aviation & Other General insurance fields in Nepal, India & Thailand. He possesses good command in the technical aspects of all kinds of General insurance.

Mr. Dhaurali, graduated from University of Madras holds to his credit Master's Degree in Economics from T.U, Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Diploma in IFRs from ACCA London. He is also a fellow member of the Insurance Institute of India (III). He has a post qualification experience of a decade in the field of Finance, Administration, Human Resource and Auditing.
Mr. Parajuli holds Bachelor in Law (B.L) from Tribhuvan University. He started his career since 2002 A.D. He worked more than 6 years in Lumbini insurance Co. Ltd. and 2 years in NB insurance ltd before joining SIL.He has actively participated in various training program regarding general insurance in Nepal as well as India.
Mr. Pawan Kumar Agrawal is an established businessman. He is involved in electronic and varoius trade businesss. He is also the Director of Nepal Awas Finance ltd.

Mr. Rahul Agrawal is a Director at Siddhartha Group. The group's current businesses include manufacturing units such as cement, oil refinery, oil mills, flour mill, sugar mill, as well as real estate and hydro projects. He has a degree in Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He has previously worked with Square 1 Bank as well as eBay in the Silicon Valley region.

Mr. Rajesh Prasad Shrestha has been with the company for 30 years; he holds MBA Degree and is well conversant with IT knowledge. He is well trained from various international and national training institutions and is one of the pioneers in developing insurance software being used by most of the General Insurance companies in the market.
Mr. Dhakal has two decade of experience in general insurance sector. Before joining SIL he was working at Sagarmatha Insurance Co. Ltd. He holds Masters degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Purwanchal University. He has completed various insurance training program in Nepal & India as well. Currently he is heading Marketing Department at SPIL.

Mrs. Kabita Joshi has been with the company for 28 years. She is heading Reinsurance department. An Arts graduate, she has a good exposure in Reinsurance market and has attended various reinsurance training programs in India, Thailand, Bahrain and Srilank
