TCFS

The Texas Consortium for Faculty Success (TCFS) was founded and organized in August 2016 by Lisa D. Cain, Ph.D. following the AAMC's Group on Faculty Affairs (GFA) Meeting held in Vancouver, Canada. The TCFS was founded for the purpose of bringing together faculty leaders and administrators whose responsibilities include aspects of faculty affairs and faculty development in Texas academic health-related institutions. Membership in the TCFS is open to academic and administrative leaders from Texas collegiate-level academic health-related Institutions and affiliated hospitals who have involvement in and responsibility for faculty affairs, faculty development, and affiliated interests. Currently, TCFS is enhancing its plans to be a strong collaborative resource for Texas Academic Health Institutions and for other institutions throughout the United States...
