We are stewards of federal funds and we believe housing subsidy is a valuable resource that not only sustains but also expands the mission of affordable housing... Since it is our natural inclination to be mavenly (pathologically helpful) we provide many value-added services that create cost and process efficiencies for our clients ensuring more funds for the project and the mission, ultimately benefiting the residents...
