My name is Chris Romanski and I've been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. I specialize in working with individuals that have injuries and any other type of limitation. I work with clients who have back, neck, knee, and hip issues and also anyone with Fibromyalgia, Cancer, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Parkinson's Disease, etc... I use Apparatus Pilates, Yoga and Weight TrainIng to help rehabilitate and strengthen the body in a very healthy, restorative way...
