Much of our product line is considered speciality, rare, hard to find. We do not offer online ordering. We do not accept Pay Pal. We will continue to maintain one on one customer contact. We feel that this enables us to get to know our customers, somewhat insure less mistakes when dealing w. German specialty parts ordering, contributes to customer security, and most importantly allowing our customers to COMMUNICATE w. someone during business hours. Yes, in todays society this may seem a little primative but we STILL WANT CONTACT WITH OUR CUSTOMERS from the beginning of an inquiry to the purchase of and shipping out of an item. We do recognize that we are loosing money with this decision. Customer service should not be lost in an age where it seems simple interaction & courtesy is taking a back seat in purchasing.
