Claire is our consultant trainer and Human Resource specialist. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a fully qualified PTTLS trainer. Claire has many years' experience within HR and the Care sector.
David acts as our management consultant specialising in the Health and Care Sector. David has a Master's Degree in Systems Management, Diploma in Management and is a member of the Institute of Health Care Management. David has spent his career developing and improving organisational effectiveness and profitability within a variety of Health Care settings, as well as owning and managing a number of care related companies. He has also held strategic and operational posts at Director level within the NHS.
Mel has worked within the care sector for over 20 years and is passionate about providing exemplary care through highly skilled and trained teams. She has been a Registered Care Manager for a number of care organisations and is a qualified PTTLS trainer and Manual Handling instructor. Mel has an HND in Business Management.
