Mr. Mubita has over 10 years working experience in both private and public sector supply chains, with particular proficiency in Stores and Procurement Management. He is a full Member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS) and the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) of UK.
Prior to joining ZGCL, Mr. Mubita served as Procurement Officer for Workers Compensation Fund Control Board (WCFCB), a statutory social security scheme. Before joining Workers Compensation, He worked for Zambian Breweries Plc for over two years in the Supply Chain Directorate as Stores Controller.
He holds a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply from the University of Zambia, Professional Diploma in Procurement & Supply from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS) UK, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management with the University of Lusaka.
Mr. Muyaba is the Head Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB)at Zanaco. Prior to joining Zanaco, he worked for First National Bank Zambia (FNB) as Head Public Sector Banking, Stanbic Bank Zambia Limited as Head Global Markets Sales, and Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Investigations Officer among others.
He holds a Master of Commerce (Development Finance) from University of Cape Town, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Management College of South Africa, and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Zambia (UNZA). Mr. Muyaba further holds a Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and a post-graduate diploma in management.
Mr. Musonda is currently serving as Chief Investments Officer for ZCCM Investments Holding PLC (ZCCM-IH). Prior to Joining ZCCM-IH, he worked for the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) as Head Treasury and Investments.
He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA), Member of International Academy of Business Financial Management, Chartered Fund and Asset Manager (CFAM), holder of MBA Finance and Accounting with over 18 years of working experience in both private and public sector with particular proficiency in investments analysis, treasury management and credit analysis.
Mr. Phiri is the proprietor and executive director of Kyalami Property Investments Limited. Prior to that, he worked for Engen Petroleum Zambia Limited as Managing Director, Mobil Oil Zambia Limited as Lubricants Manager, Mobil Oil Zimbabwe Limited as Planning Associate, and Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines Limited as Metallurgical Engineer.
Mr. Phiri holds a master's degree (Hons.) in Chemical Engineering & Chemical Technology from Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine, University of London. He is an Associate Member of City and Guilds Institute (ACGI), Member of the Institution of Chemical Engineers, Zambia Institute of Directors, and Engineering Institute of Zambia.
He has served on various boards among them Cavmont Bank Limited, Leighton Renewable Power Limited, National Pension Scheme Authority, Zambia Federation of Employers, and Engen Petroleum Zambia Limited.

Mr. Lungu joined ZGCL as Investments Manager in 2021. Prior to joining ZGCL, he was the Capital & Money Markets Manager at ZCCM-IH. Other companies Mr. Lungu has worked for include Intermarket Securities Ltd, and United Kingdom based media firms among them News Corporations Plc, Royal Mail Plc, Virgin Media Ltd and SAGE Plc.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester and also has an MBA Essentials Qualification from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Current roles include Director on the Board of Kabundi Resources Ltd, a manganese focused company and wholly owned subsidiary of ZCCM-IH. He is also a Director on the Board of Kariba Minerals Ltd, another ZCCM-IH wholly owned subsidiary.
Mr. Siyanda is a result-oriented and experienced mining engineer with 18 years' experience in both surface and underground mining. He also has 11 years of expatriate work experience having worked for 3 years with Rio-Tinto (Rossing Uranium Mine) in Namibia, 2 years with Barrick Gold -Buzwagi Open Pit Gold Mine in Tanzania, 2 years in Sudan with Orshab Gold Mine and 3 years with Saudi Comedat Mining Company (Phosphate/Gold) in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Siyanda also worked for Konkola Copper Mines and Lumwana Mine.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Zambia and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Copperbelt University. Mr. Siyanda is a member of Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ).
Mr. Muyangwa is a seasoned business professional with over 35 years of experience in business negotiations, strategy, corporate recoveries, audits, and metals trading. He has held senior roles at Konkola Copper Mines Plc, including Chief Internal Auditor and Sales & Marketing Manager.
His regional mining and investment expertise spans Madagascar, South Africa, and Botswana, and he also worked in Audit and Advisory with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Zambia and the UK.
He has represented ZCCM-IH on the Boards of Mopani Copper Mines Plc, CNMC Luanshya Copper Mines Plc, and Kariba Minerals Limited. Currently, he serves as a consultant to the African Development Bank's special operations unit and as a Non-Executive Director at First National Bank Zambia Limited.
Mr. Muyangwa is a mining expert with roots in the industry dating back to 1987 at ZCCM. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering from Imperial College London and is a Fellow of ACCA.

Mrs Suzyo Namonga Ndovi-Akatama is a qualified Legal Practitioner and Notary Public, with extensive expertise in compliance, governance, and legal affairs. She has held various roles across both the private and public sectors, bringing a wealth of experience and a commitment to ethical leadership.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zambia and a Master of Laws from the University of London. In addition, she has undertaken specialised training in sustainable business practices and responsible leadership through the Swedish Management Institute.
Mrs Akatama is a member of both the Law Association of Zambia and the Institute of Directors Zambia. She currently serves as an Audit Committee Member under the Ministry of Tourism and as a Non-Executive Board Member at Clarkson Insurance and Risk Services. She previously served as a Council Member on the Zambia Bureau of Standards Council.
Ms. Chikampa is a commercially focused accounting professional with over 7 years of senior management leadership in multinational organizations such as Goodyear Zambia Limited and Hybrid Poultry Farms Zambia Limited. She has a proven record of over 20 years progressive work experience in forecasting, budgeting, cash management, financial analysis, reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Her work experience also includes that of tax planning and handling complex tax audits with Zambia Revenue Authority for various tax types.
She holds a Masters of Science in Finance (University of Leicester -UK), a Fellow Member of Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (FZICA), and a Fellow Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA).
