Adam Weiss - Chief Legal Officer

Adam joined Relativity as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer in January 2023. In his role, he is charged with assessing and advancing operational and organizational effectiveness across the company. He oversees Relativity's Legal, IT and Poland-based Operations departments. Adam also focuses on fostering connections and collaborating with Relativity customers, partners and stakeholders, drawing upon his own background as a legal executive. Adam has two decades of experience in the legal and technology industries. He previously held the position of Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Cornerstone OnDemand where in addition to overseeing legal and data privacy functions, his responsibilities included managing human resources, internal communications, IT and business systems with a focus on organizational effectiveness, employee experience and operational efficiency. During his 16-year tenure with Cornerstone, he supported annual revenue growth from $7 million to nearly $900 million and played an integral role in guiding the company through major milestones, including global expansion, an initial public offering, multiple acquisitions, a founder-CEO transition, a $5.2 billion take-private transaction and the creation of the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Adam practiced law at what is now Lurie, Zepeda, Schmalz, Hogan & Martin. He holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University. He has served on the boards of several nonprofit and community organizations, including Shalom Institute, the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce, IKAR and American Jewish Committee.

Andrea Zopp

Andrea is Managing Partner at Cleveland Avenue, a venture capital firm that focuses on building and growing food, beverage and restaurant companies. Most recently, Andrea was President and CEO of World Business Chicago and led the organization's mission of inclusive economic growth, supporting businesses and promoting Chicago as a leading global city. She has also served as Deputy Mayor, Chief Neighborhood Development Officer for the City of Chicago. She also served in the United States Attorney's Office and paved the way as the first woman and African American to serve as the First Assistant in the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. She has held executive leadership positions at several Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Andrea has held multiple civic and business appointments. She was appointed to the Chicago Board of Education and to the Cook County Health and Hospital System Board. As the former President and CEO of the Chicago Urban League, she led the organization's focus on expanding economic opportunity in underserved communities.

Andrew Sieja - Chairman, Founder

Andrew Sieja is the founder and executive chairman of Relativity. As Relativity embarks on a multi-year transformation into a cloud-based SaaS company, Andrew is committed to offering a great product, providing relentless customer support, and ensuring that team members love working at Relativity. Andrew also started Relativity Gives, a community outreach program that has invested nearly $2 million in education and technology causes in Chicago, London, and Kraków. A computer programmer by trade, Andrew loves technology and worked as a technologist for a variety of multi-national companies and consulting firms prior to starting Relativity.

Andrew Watts

As CCO, Andrew leads Relativity's customer support, customer success and cloud operations teams. Andrew and his teams are responsible for developing the ultimate partnership and success for customers using Relativity's products. Andrew has led the Service Delivery organization since 2018 and has worked with RelativityOne cloud customers since the launch of the product. As of 2020, he has led the services for the entire suite of products and has a passion for the opportunities and challenges of making all of Relativity's customers successful across current and new products. Andrew previously held the role of chief information officer at Relativity from 2017-2021, where he built and supported the organization's information technology along with governance and compliance processes. He joined the company in 2016 as VP of IT to oversee the IT department comprising of three groups: applications, infrastructure, and project management. Andrew has more than 20 years of experience in IT. Prior to joining Relativity, he served as the director of IT at Morningstar, an investment research and management firm. At Morningstar, he oversaw a 200-person IT department, lead the information technology aspects of 30 acquisitions and two divestures, and implemented both major system enhancements and significant technology and security improvements. Before moving to Chicago, Andrew held several IT positions in Australia, his home country, at companies including WorldxChange, New Tel, and SingTel. Andrew holds a computer science degree from the University of Technology Sydney.

Beth Clutterbuck - CHRO

Beth joined the Relativity team in 2020 as CHRO and brings over 20+ years of human resources experience across four countries and five sectors (financial services, biotechnology, manufacturing, media text-left p-4 mt-0, and technology) to Relativity. In her former roles at Cloudreach and Deliveroo, Beth oversaw the building of the global people strategy and underpinning scaffolding to drive the rapid scaling of these high growth technology firms. In Beth's prior roles at NBCUniversal and HSBC, her main focus was on building cutting edge employee experience through talent programs and culture. Earlier roles at Citigroup and Honeywell provided Beth a strong foundational background as an HR business partner and talent leader. Beth and her husband Gavin have three children - Lucy, Lauren, and Charlie. Beth received her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.

Chris Brown

Chris Brown is the chief product officer at Relativity. He leads our product and user experience teams and is responsible for the development of Relativity's product vision, strategy, and product roadmap in collaboration with engineering. Prior to joining Relativity, Chris held CEO and chief product officer roles for fellow Chicago-based companies Kapow Events and Orbitz Worldwide, respectively - where his teams delivered transformative online platforms for global B2C and B2B customers in the corporate events and travel industries. Chris began his career in Austin, Texas where he advanced to leadership positions in software engineering and product management, and earned his initial experience as an entrepreneur. An Illinois native and electrical and computer engineering graduate from the University of Illinois in 1998, Chris has served on the ECE Illinois Alumni Board since 2017.

Cristina Rossman - CMO

Cristina Rossman joined the Relativity team as Chief Marketing Officer in 2020. In her role, she is responsible for leading the marketing organization. With her extensive experience in building products, programs and functions from scratch, she brings an engineering mindset to decision making and execution while valuing the role of creativity in crafting differentiated experiences. Cristina has led teams through multiple stages of growth at both public and private companies. Most recently, she was Vice President, Product Marketing at Morningstar where she established a product marketing discipline within a newly centralized marketing function. In her 18 years at Morningstar working on both the product and marketing side, some of her notable accomplishments include launching and growing Morningstar Direct, a global investment analysis platform, as well as integrating marketing strategy for Morningstar's largest revenue driving segment - asset management. She received her bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Michigan and her MBA from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Greg Mondre

Greg is the Co-CEO at Silver Lake, the global leader in technology investing. Greg joined Silver Lake in 1999 and prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Mondre was a principal at Texas Pacific Group, where he predominantly focused on private equity investments in the technology sector. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mondre worked as an investment banker in the Communications, media text-left p-4 mt-0 and Entertainment Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He is a director of A Place for Mom, Inc., Expedia Group, Inc., Fanatics, Inc., GoodRx, Inc., Motorola Solutions, Red Ventures, Weld North Education and WP Engine. Joe Osnoss

Joe is a Managing Partner at Silver Lake, the global leader in technology investing. Joe joined Silver Lake in 2002. From 2010 to 2014, he was based in London, where he helped oversee the firm's activities in EMEA. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Osnoss worked in investment banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, and financings in the technology and telecommunications industries. Mr. Osnoss is a director of Cegid, Cornerstone OnDemand, EverCommerce, First Advantage, Global Blue, LightBox, and Relativity. He previously served on the boards of Cast & Crew (as Chairman), Instinet, Interactive Data, Mercury Payment Systems, Sabre, and Virtu Financial. Karen King

Karen is a Managing Director at Silver Lake, the global leader in technology investing, and is involved in numerous aspects of the firm's business. Karen joined Silver Lake in 2004. As the Chief Legal Officer, Karen oversees a global team who engage in deal execution, regulatory and business affairs, and risk management. Karen has been integrally involved with numerous portfolio companies, including having served on the boards of Aras, an enterprise software provider of product life cycle management (PLM) solutions, and Serena Software, a provider of enterprise level IT application development and deployment solutions. Outside of Silver Lake, Ms. King is a member of Broadway Angels and is an advisor to the Shatter Fund. Keith Carlson - CTO

Keith Carlson is the chief technology officer of Relativity. As head of technology and architecture strategy, Keith oversees the engineering delivery, engineering operations, and production engineering functions. In his career, Keith has been a co-founder, programmer, team lead, principal engineer, and chief technology officer. He most recently spent seven plus years at Amazon Web Services where he developed one of the first cloud fraud prevention and detection organizations and grew it to where it was evaluating ten trillion pieces of data a day. Keith is excited to apply his extensive developer experience to help mature RelativityOne's SaaS delivery model and expand Relativity's reach into the unstructured data realm.

Laurie Usewicz

Laurie joined Relativity as Chief Partner Officer in May 2023. Laurie has 25+ years in data security technology and partnership experience. As Chief Partner Officer, Laurie leads the team responsible for all go-to-market partner motions and works cross functionally with the executive team to drive alignment to deliver partner success. Most recently, Laurie was Senior Vice President, Business Operations & Strategy, SumTotal at Cornerstone OnDemand. She managed operations for the entire SumTotal business, which Cornerstone acquired from SkillSoft. She joined Cornerstone through the company's acquisition of Saba Software and was the executive leader for the integration of Saba and Cornerstone. Following the integration, she ran sales strategy and business operations for the Americas for the combined company. Laurie has been recognized by CRN Magazine as one of the Top 100 Women in the Channel and recognized on the Channel Chief list for six consecutive years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in marketing from St. John's University.

Mark Gillett

Mark is a Managing Director and Head of Value Creation at Silver Lake, the global leader in technology investing. Mark originally joined Silver Lake in 2009 to lead the value creation efforts of Silver Lake in Europe. He rejoined the firm in his current role in 2013 following a period serving as Chief Development and Chief Operating Officer of Skype Global S.à.r.l, a former portfolio company, and as a Corporate Vice President of Microsoft. At Skype and then at Microsoft, Gillett drove acceleration of Skype's growth strategy and led its integration following Microsoft's acquisition of the business. While at Microsoft, Mark also oversaw the broader growth of Microsoft's enterprise and consumer communications, cloud, software and services portfolio. Mr. Gillett is based in Menlo Park, and previously worked in the firm's London office. He works closely with CEOs and their teams across the Silver Lake portfolio, serves on the board of directors for WP Engine and has previously served on the board of directors for Quorum Software, European Directories (the holding company for DTG, Fonecta and Herold) and as a board observer and advisor at Ancestry.com and Boomi, a Dell Technologies Company. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Gillett was a Managing Director and Partner leading the High Technology, Telecoms and Private Equity practice at Alvarez & Marsal ("A&M"). At A&M, he specialized in operational diligence, performance improvement, growth acceleration and turnaround management of online, consumer and enterprise software and other technology enabled businesses. While at A&M, he served in interim leadership positions and advisory or operating roles including at Lehman Brothers Holdings International, ADT/Tyco (France), Navigon AG, and iSOFT plc. Phil has significant expertise in sectors germane to Relativity including enterprise SaaS, as CEO of both Cornerstone OnDemand and Saba Software; infrastructure technology, in roles at Oracle and Motorola; and cybersecurity, as an executive at SafeNet and Thales (formerly Gemalto). He is a dynamic leader with an intense focus on the needs of customers, partners, and the ultimate end user experience. Phil served on Cornerstone's public company Board of Directors while CEO and currently is a Board Director of Vertex, the Nasdaq-listed global leader in tax compliance software solutions. He received his bachelor's degree from University at Albany, SUNY and his MBA from Seton Hall University.

Sailesh Munagala - CFO

Most recently, Sailesh worked at Google where he led financial planning and analysis for Google Cloud. Prior to joining Google, Sailesh held CFO, Cortex, and VP, Finance roles at Palo Alto Networks, a global cybersecurity company. He received his MBA degree from the University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business, his master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University.

Steve Couling

Steve Couling joined Relativity's sales team in 2012 and was appointed Chief Sales Officer in 2024. He is a seasoned sales leader with nearly three decades of technology sales experience and 17 years working in the e-discovery sector, more than a decade of which has been dedicated to supporting Relativity's international growth. As CSO, he applies his robust industry expertise to further maximize value for customers, spearhead sales strategies, and lead Relativity's global sales team. Steve has long been a driving force in Relativity's rapid expansion and evolution as a global market leader, starting as Director of International Sales before becoming the Vice President of International Sales in 2016, and Managing Director and Vice President Sales EMEA in 2019. He was the first ever Relativity employee hired outside of North America and played a key role in establishing and advancing Relativity's global footprint, building out teams and offices in the UK, Australia, Poland, Germany, Hong Kong, and Ireland. In 2023 Steve moved his family from London to Chicago to take on the role of Vice President of North American Sales. Prior to Relativity, Steve spent four years as an executive leader of LDM Global, an e-discovery service provider and early adopter of Relativity. He also held sales leadership roles at Toshiba and Kensington. Steve received his bachelor's degree from Nottingham Trent University and a diploma from the University of Sheffield.

Tim P. Flynn

Tim joins the Relativity team as an accomplished executive leader after more than 32 years with KPMG -a global network of professional firms, with 189,000 people providing audit, tax and, advisory services in 152 countries. He was Chairman of KPMG International from 2007 until 2011. In this role, he led the global executive team responsible for the management and operations, and chaired the global board responsible for the strategy, oversight, and governance of the global network. During his career with KPMG, Tim held several senior leadership positions, including Chairman and CEO of KPMG LLP, the U.S. and largest member firm of KPMG International, Global Vice Chair Audit and Advisory Services, and Global Vice Chair of Human Resources for KPMG International. He brings significant directorship experience, including current service on the boards of Walmart Stores Inc., JP Morgan Chase & Co., Alcoa Corporation, and United Healthcare Group. He also previously served as a Trustee of the Financial Accounting Standards Board and as a member of the World Economic Forum's International Business Council. Tim earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he currently serves on the school's Board of Trustees.
