Anneliese is a Dutch national who holds a bachelor degree in Business and Corporate Law from Stiching Juridische Beroepsopleiding in Curaçao and has followed various finance and Tax Law courses. Anneliese has almost 30 years' experience in the trust business including acting as a director for a Trade Mark Agency company engaged with the registration of Trade Marks in Curaçao. She has worked for Amicorp for over 13 years, and has occupied different positions and managed a large number of portfolios of private and corporate clients, mainly from Europe. She has also been actively involved with major projects, including the creation of procedures and manuals for Amicorp Curaçao's ISO certificate, and the creation and maintenance of procedures and templates for legal manuals. As of May 2012, Anneliese is Director of Operations at Amicorp Curaçao B.V. She speaks Dutch, English, Spanish and Papiamento.

Carlos Fitte - Managing Director

Carlos Fitte is an Argentine national. He holds an LLM in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick, UK, through a scholarship awarded by the British Foreign Office. Additionally, he holds a Law degree with specialization in Corporate Business and a Bachelor in Law from the University of Buenos Aires. Furthermore, since 2011 he is director of STEP South America Branch Committee. Carlos has worked in corporate business and taxation since 1993. His professional experience includes working in Arthur Andersen's Tax and Legal Department as a tax consultant; at Baker & McKenzie as an associate in the Banking and Capital Markets Department, both in Buenos Aires, and for CITCO in Curaçao as head of the Latin American Desk. Carlos has significant experience providing advice and assisting Latin American clients with the organization of compliant international corporate legal and estate planning structures and has worked in the fiduciary service field handling different legal aspects of international investments and transnational corporations, international banking and securities regulation. In 2005 Carlos joined Amicorp Group's Miami Representative Office as marketing director. In 2007 he relocated to Buenos Aires where he set up our office which he currently manages. Carlos is a member of the Argentine Council for International Relations, the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the San Isidro Bar Association. Carlos speaks Spanish and English and some knowledge of French and Dutch.

Colin Gregory - Managing Director

Colin Gregory is a Maltese national with over 20 years of experience working in corporate services, trust industry, accounting, audit and insurance management. In 1999 Colin graduated from Nottingham Trent University as a certified accountant, with a qualification in Association of Chartered & Certified Accountants (ACCA). He achieved first place in some of the ACCA examinations for which he won the ‘Simpson Scholarship Fund' and the ‘Hays Accountancy Personnel' prizes. He went on to join some of the ‘Big 4' audit firms gaining work experience in London, Milan and Malta. More recently he has held the position of Vice President for a global insurance management firm, and was Managing Director for an international professional services firm. He joined Amicorp Malta in 2019 and has full responsibility for the business development, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring the company is compliant with all group and local regulations and coordinating the day-to-day office management for Amicorps' office in Malta. Colin speaks, English, French, Italian, Maltese and has a reasonable understanding of Spanish.

Debashish Dasgupta is an Indian national born in West Bengal, India. He holds an MBA from Symbiosis International University, Pune, India, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Pune. Before joining Amicorp Group in 2010 as managing director for the Group's Mumbai office, Debashish had spent several years working in the Corporate Consulting, Investment Banking, and Venture Capital Industry in India. He actively participated in several notable early-stage Venture Capital investments promoting entrepreneurship and innovation. In 2011 Debashish moved to Dubai to set up the Group's UAE office, develop the Middle East and African markets and expand into the UAE. Before joining Amicorp, Debashish worked at Finovant Solutions, a global investment banking, and advisory services group with headquarters in the USA. Before Finovant, he was with SVB Financial Group's Venture Capital & Advisory business. At SVB, he worked with global markets and fund management groups, helping start-ups and early-stage companies. For the past decade, Debashish has worked closely with several multinational companies and helped them with their global cross-border strategy related to business expansion, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, stock listings, and financing solutions. In 2017 and 2018, Forbes Magazine recognized his contribution to corporate business industry, and ranked Debashish among the Top 50 Indian Business Executives in the Middle East. 1 Debashish is a member of the Board of Directors at Amicorp Group (www.amicorp.com), and he is also the Head of Corporate Clients business. Elia graduated from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom and has an LLB in law. Prior to joining the Amicorp Group, Elia worked as the head of the corporate law department at Polakis Sarris & Co.; prior to that she worked as an advocate at C. Patsalides & Associates. Elia has more than 11 years of legal, corporate services and managerial experience. Elia is currently the Managing Director of AMICORP (CYPRUS) LIMITED, Nicosia, Cyprus, a position she holds since May 2009. She is responsible for the overall office strategy, client relations, office performance, targets, compliance matters, implementation of Group's policies and procedures as well as HR functions. She began with Amicorp (Cyprus) in 2007 as Director of Legal and Corporate Services responsible for the development, supervision and management of the legal and corporate services department. She is fluent in both English and Greek and has moderate knowledge of French and Russian.

Eric Boes is an international tax professional with over 30 years' experience and holds a master degree in Fiscal Economics from the University of Tilburg, the Netherlands. He started in 1987 as an international tax advisor at Arthur Andersen and switched in 1999 to in-house tax departments of multinationals, first at Philips Electronics, followed by 11 years as global Head of Tax at Atos Origin. Eric joined the Amicorp Group in 2012 as global head of FATCA and CRS Services and Solutions. In subsequent years the services of the team developed to Regulatory Reporting and Tax Compliance Services. In this capacity Eric is responsible for product and business development with respect to global tax developments to multilateral automatic exchange of information (AEOI) that lead to global tax transparency, as well as the global tax developments of Base Erosion Profit Shifting (BEPS) which have an impact on corporate structuring.

Between 2002 and 2005 Fabio worked at a trading company in São Paulo. In 2009 Fabio attended a summer course in International Law in The Hague Academy, and he is currently finishing the Certificate in International Trust Management of STEP. Kenneth joined Amicorp Group as a Managing Director of the Hong Kong office. Kenneth is an accountant by training and specializes in mergers and acquisitions. Kenneth has extensive experience in many industries, including life sciences, infrastructure, power and utilities, industrial and consumer products, auto, real estate, media, entertainment, technology, oil and gas/resources, and others, across many geographies. Kenneth has advised clients of varying sizes and nature in executing their cross-border growth strategies, both inbound into Asia Pacific and outbound to the Americas, Europe, and the rest of the world. He also has considerable knowledge and practical expertise in navigating mainland China having lived and worked there for some ten years. Kenneth's clients include both multinationals headquartered in the US, Japan, or Europe and leading Chinese enterprises (private and state-owned) in recent years. In addition to corporates, Kenneth worked with many leading private equity firms and venture capitalists, international and Chinese-backed venture capitalists. Aside from M&A-related matters, Kenneth had previously taken up various official named positions of companies, including acting as company secretary and authorized representative for several Hong Kong main board listed companies. Before venturing into the corporate services sector, Kenneth spent about 20 years with a Big 4 accounting firm. In his last role there, he was a Partner with their Transaction Advisory Services Group in Beijing between 2008 and 2018. Macarena has over 15 years of experience working as a legal and tax advisor to multinational and local companies and individual investors; her focus and expertise are tax planning, business reorganizations, and international taxation. Most recently, and before joining Amicorp, Macarena worked for PwC in Chile as Tax Director and Senior Manager. Her past professional trajectory includes senior tax advisory positions with Fontaine y Cia, Deloitte, and Edwards y Cia. Peter is a South African national whose work experience has included South Africa, London, Singapore, Zurich, and now Barcelona, Spain. Peter is a qualified Chartered Accountant (South Africa), and was admitted to the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2004 (a membership he holds to date). In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting (cum laude), as well as an Honors degree specializing in Financial Accountancy, Management Reporting, Taxation, and Economics. His work experience began in the audit industry of South Africa where he completed his training contract, whilst based in Durban with Baker Tilly Morrison Murray as an Audit Manager. Toine is the Chief Executive Officer and a Co-Founder of Amicorp Group and Amicorp Community Foundation. Toine holds the top executive responsibility for the strategic development of Amicorp Group. As the person responsible for product development of the company, he is involved in designing solid solutions, based on legal, political and emotional changes in the international tax planning arena, as well as the development of new offices and markets globally. Toine regularly speaks at international conferences on solid modern financial structuring, as well as on impact investments for High Net Worth Individuals, encouraging wealthy people to use their money for development purposes rather than mere accumulation of wealth. Toine's past professional experience includes positions with Antillean Management Corporation Amaco; the McLaughlin Bank (Supervisory Director); Banco de Venezuela (Interim Branch Manager); and Safra Bank (Managing Director). Additional financial experience includes Credit Lyonnais Bank in the Netherlands and Chase Manhattan Bank in both New York City, and in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He studied Business Administration and Dutch Commercial Law at the University of Brabant in Tilburg and holds an LL.M. ("Mr.") degree. He is a graduate with an Executive MBA of INSEAD which he attended in both Fontainebleau and Singapore. As for his professional activities, for many years Toine has been a member of the board of CIFA (Curaçao International Financial Association), and holds a membership with the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA). Toine is involved in development of real estate for commercial and community development purposes in several parts of the world. Through the African Caribbean Aloe Development he is also engaged in South Africa with the development and production of aloe vera based drinks, ingredients for the pharmaceutical industry and organic cosmetics. Vikrant is an Australian national with Indian domicile. His expertise are in the tax and estate planning field including corporate tax structures for international investments, investment holding structures for high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and family offices and facilitating trade transactions. Following his MBA from Melbourne Australia in 2007, Vikrant worked with a financial institution where he acquired his experience in banking in the Asia Pacific region before moving to Dubai. Since 2010, he has been focusing on proactively developing new methods and solutions for clients to minimize the impact of changing tax legislation. In August 2013, Vikrant joined Amicorp Group's Dubai office as a Senior Director - Business Development and has been successfully managing the growing Sales and Business Development Team in the region. In 2015 he was appointed Managing Director of the Dubai office. He is a qualified Trust & Estate Practitioner and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
