He was Chief Executive of Top Farms Group and Chief Operating Officer of the Central European region until 2016 when he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Spearhead. He was a lecturer at the Poznan Agricultural Faculty, and attended the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, University of Navarra.
