Leanne Melia is a highly experienced Accountant. She has been involved with a variety of businesses and accountancy practices for over 15 years, initially growing up surrounded by her father's successful plumbing & heating business where she gained a useful insight into business, putting in place bookkeeping and accounting systems.
After completing a diploma in nursing, Leanne changed her career path back to accountancy joining the operations department of Saltire Facilities Management Ltd where it became apparent that she had a genuine love for numbers!
Leanne undertook a degree in Accounting and Finance, joining Wallace White Chartered Accountants, where she worked with a wide variety of SME clients, gaining an in-depth knowledge of their businesses. She then moved into industry and worked as a Financial Controller with MES Ltd consolidating her commercial experience and helping the company achieve its growth targets, before moving back into practice with a firm of chartered accountants specialising in property investment clients. Leanne worked with a variety of their larger clients both in property investment

Stuart McDonagh is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant and Finance Director. He has been involved in a wide variety of businesses for over 30 years ranging from start-ups and small businesses to major Plc's.
Stuart began his career in the London office of BDO Binder Hamlyn , one of the UK's largest accountancy practices (now part of Deloitte Touche), where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991. He then moved into industry and worked as a Finance Director for several large companies including, BET plc (now Rentokil plc), George Wimpey plc (the UK's largest house builder at the time), Berkeley Group plc and Kier Group plc.
As Managing Director of a division of Kier Group plc, Stuart increased turnover from £12m to £24m in an 8 month period. From 2010 he has been involved with a range SME's as a Finance Director, Managing Director and Non-Executive Director.
Stuart now covers all business sectors in general practice and uses his specialist knowledge in the food and drink, property investment and development and manufacturing sectors to help businesses achieve their growth targets.
