HAYES DAVIDSON - Key Persons
Alice coordinates the early stages of each planning project, working closely with consultants, architects, photographers and surveyors to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Andrew chairs Hayes Davidson's Trustee Board. He has worked with the studio for a number of years and through its transition to Employee Ownership. Andrew is a partner in a leading London firm of Chartered Accountants.
Ben rejoined Hayes Davidson as a member of the board in 2020, having originally joined the team as an artist in 1997. Ben co-founded award-winning studio The Neighbourhood which he led as MD until 2018. Ben brings an independent and objective perspective to our team, advising and working on strategic projects.
Bernard became interested in visualisation having originally trained as an architect in Poland. He joined the Hayes Davidson team as a project artist in 2021.
Callum joined the studio in 2020, having previously worked on construction animations and as a 3D interior modeller. He loves a technical challenge.

Christian joined the studio in 2018 and specialises in architectural illustration. A talented artist, he graduated from Bournemouth University with a degree in animation, interactive technology and special effects.

David leads the studio's artistic outputs across all disciplines. With over 20 years of industry experience, he heads up our R&D teams, driving innovation in technology, state-of-the-art image-making, film and storytelling. Dave has collaborated internationally with architects, developers and design agencies, including in London and New York. He is a member of NLA's Expert Panel on Built Environment Technology.
Francesco joined Hayes Davidson in 2019 and is a passionate communicator of architecture. He studied Arts and Architecture in Italy, and has a masters in Exhibition and Public Design from the University of Rome.

Giulio joined us in 2019 having originally trained as an architect in Italy. He began his visualisation career through collaborations with influential Italian and European architects.

Graham leads the studio's outputs across all planning projects, pre-app discussions, townscape and heritage assessments and public inquiries. He has collaborated with architects and developers on some of the most complex and significant schemes in London. Graham drives innovation-beyond-accuracy, developing new products and tools to support the planning process through early consultation and engagement. He is part of the studio's leadership team and led on the studio's recently launched HDScope.
Hugo has particular expertise in planning projects, and in using innovative techniques and software to solve complex challenges. He has worked on a number of significant urban developments in the UK and internationally.

Jeremy joined HD in 2021 and leads on the development of our film offer, bringing new techniques adapted from the film industry. He has over 15 years of experience in architectural visualisation; prior to joining the studio he worked at a number of high-end design studios, specialising in film, marketing and brand work. Jeremy originally studied industrial design and is a talented artist and photographer, bringing a multi-disciplinary approach to his work.

Jess joined HD in 2015. As a Senior Project Manager she works closely with both artist and client teams, and plays a key role in the successful delivery of our projects. She has a first class degree in Fine Art.

Jessie manages the studio's communications, marketing and new business initiatives. With a background in project management, she drives excellence in client services from pitch to completion. She is a member of New York's Brick and Wonder networking community.
As front-of-house manager, Jillian plays a significant role in the cultural life of the studio. She is an active member of our EOT, and as one of two official HD Champions, works directly with the Trustees to ensure that our founding values are reflected in our culture and behaviours. Jillian leads on social events and is an ambassador for inclusion, equality and access within the industry.

Based in Canada, Kate currently heads up our West Coast operation. She is part of our new business team, providing continuity and consistency across our global strategies and also has responsibilities in project and studio management.
Lawrence joined the studio in 2016 having studied interior architecture. He has been project lead on a wide range of UK and international projects and is currently leading on a number of projects on the West Coast.
Mikaela is part of the project management team and provides admin support to the artist teams. She is one of two official HD Champions in the studio, acting as a conduit between the studio and the leadership team.
Nathan joined the team as a Summer Placement student in 2017 and now leads and delivers multi-discipline projects, specialising in images, films and interactive experiences for high-profile projects. He is a member of our leadership team, and a key component of the R&D team, driving innovation through the application of new software, technology and techniques. Prior to his career in visualisation, Nathan trained and worked as an architect, and continues to admire the work of practices around the world.

Neil leads on the delivery of the studio's vision and strategy with a focus on finance, operations and new business opportunities. He is passionate about employee ownership, championing the studio's collaborative culture and bringing to life its guiding principles. Neil is an active participant and panellist in employee ownership circles, promoting good EO practice and governance and has served as a member of the Employee Ownership Association membership council.
Nick joined HD as part of the Summer Placement programme in 2019 and became Senior Artist in 2021, leading and delivering large-scale, complex projects. He trained as an architect and works directly with architectural teams, often on competition projects. He is skilled at working in a range of different styles to best communicate to varied audiences, specialising in illustrative and painterly approaches.

Olga is part of our senior team and has been project lead on a wide variety of international projects working closely with developers and architects. She was instrumental in establishing HD5K, our annual charity run, and she also organises our summer placement scheme.

Sahin joined HD in 2013 having previously worked in the gaming industry and for a branding agency. He specialises in accuracy, photomontage and photorealism and is a key member of the planning team. Sahin is an internal champion of EDI, leading on a variety of industry initiatives.
Sam joined HD in 2016 as a Summer Placement student and became Art Director in 2021. She studied architecture before moving into the visualisation industry and currently heads up our illustrative offer working on competitions, design development and projects requiring an atmospheric approach. Sam is a member of the studio's leadership team.
Prior to joining Hayes Davidson Serena studied interiors and spatial design at Central St Martins. Her broad international experience encompasses 3D graphics, advertising, architecture, interiors and product design.

Silvia joined Hayes Davidson in 2018 and has worked on many film projects, liaising directly with international production teams. She studied Art History and has an MA in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy from Goldsmiths University.
