Andrea is our first line of technical support and graphic designer of the company with almost 10 years of experience in the field. As a project coordinator and administrator, he brings structure and knowledge when collaborating with the team or supporting our clients. Andrea is a passionate and focused team member who has been involved in shaping the BeTalent Brand experience, from the creation of the product support material through to elevating the data insights into simple visual representations. He is primarily responsible for the BeTalent platform support so his blended style of creativity with a methodical mindset, always guarantees excellent work. Andrea joined the company in 2013 as an employee and has continue to work with us from Catania, in Sicily, since 2018. His signature strength is Meticulous.

Angela Malik

Angela is a qualified professional translator with over a decade of experience as an entrepreneur in the translation and localisation industry. She brings excellent communication skills, cultural awareness and customer focus to Zircon. Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, helping to improve the BeTalent range of products and services, Angela is a customer centric professional. Driven by a passion for collaborative engagement, she loves working with clients to understand their needs, identiying opportunities, devising strategies and helping them achieve their goals. Attila Simony

Attila joined Zircon in 2022 after graduating with First Class Honours in Psychology from the University of East London (UEL). While at the start of his career in Business Psychology, it is clear that his ability to engage and inspire colleagues will be foundational to his success. His talent to be able to visualise common problems, synergises and learnings from working in a variety of sectors, including financial services and healthcare, will be another key element to creating value for our clients. Attila is already award winning, having recently achieved the precidious award from the ABP in combination with his fellows at UEL. Caitlin Cooper

Caitlin is a Senior Consultant based in London who joined Zircon in 2019 whilst finishing her Master's degree in Occupational and Business Psychology, for which she achieved a Distinction. Since joining Zircon, she has managed a number of international projects which include leading the management, design and delivery of projects related to assessment for selection and development, talent strategy, leadership development and high potential identification. She is the lead trainer on the BeTalent Resilience Questionnaire Accreditation course. Naturally inquisitive, with a keen interest in human behaviour, Caitlin leverages her active listening skills to create strong connections with clients and colleagues. Chris King

Previously in the Army, Chris has had a varied career spanning 4 decades. He is now an assessment consultant and has over 30 years' experience in selection & leadership development, and assessment centre management within a variety of Government and public sector organisations. Having worked for Zircon since 2005, Chris is one of the longest standing colleagues of the business and has particular expertise in senior assessment for recruitment and succession. His interests are in selection and development from graduate to CEO level, spanning small size companies up to multi-billion dollar corporations. His signature strength is Methodical.

Claire Bremmer

Claire first joined Zircon as an associate in 2010 and then after a stint away in permanent consultancy roles, re-joined in 2020. She is an ICF-accredited coach (ACC) and a highly experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist, with extensive experience in leadership and team development, leadership coaching, group facilitation and in-depth leadership assessment. A Chartered Member of the Division of Occupational Psychology within the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Certified Principal Business Psychologist within the Association of Business Psychologists, Claire has 20+ years' experience of supporting individuals to be their best selves at work and helping organisations to get the best out of their people. Based in Hertfordshire, Claire's signature strength is Innovative.

Dirk Palm

Dirk is a business psychologist with may years of expertise in people assessment, development and organisational research. He joined Zircon in 2006 and has since become a Business Manager for the firm. He focuses on talent and leadership development, though also finds himself advising businesses on what really matters to their people, ; such as well-being, hybrid work and how businesses can support their teams to lead them to even better performance. Dirk is a native German who is based in Barnet, North London, though he works globally and is happy to pack his bag and travel wherever curiosity takes him. He loves gigs and concerts and can be found in small, hot and loud venues in Camden Town as well as the Royal Albert Hall. His signature strength is Responsible.

Amanda founded Zircon in 2000, co-founded BeTalent in 2016 and established the Chief Psychology Officer Podcast in 2022. She is an award winning Chartered Occupational Psychologist, with vast amounts of experience in talent strategy, assessment, development, Leadership and Executive Coaching. An Associate Fellow of the Division of Occupational Psychology within the British Psychological Society (BPS), a Fellow of the Association of Business Psychologists and a Chartered Scientist, Amanda has nearly 30 years experience on aligning businesses' talent strategy with their organisational strategy and objectives. Amanda is the lead trainer on the BeTalent Strengths and Team Questionnaire Accreditation courses. Amanda's signature strength is Decisive.

Emily Willis

Emily is a psychology undergraduate who supports Zircon by developing the suite of BeTalent products, and assisting with various client projects. Initially introduced to Zircon by Kent University, Emily started at Zircon as a placement student and has been retained as a Trainee Business Psychologist following on from her forecast first class degree. Emily's main focus is conducting research and writing articles, as well as helping with the facilitation in a number of our training courses, workshops, and events. Based on the Isle of Wight, Emily joined Zircon in 2021. Her signature strength is Methodical.

Heidi is an analytical thinker who gathers knowledge in order to make decisions and enable a disciplined approach across the team she manages. As a seasoned professional, she brings over 20 years of managerial and customer service, and administrative experience to her role. Helen joined Zircon in 2016 as a Business Psychologist after starting her early career in the Financial Services industry. While in the city she achieved a Masters in Organisational Psychology and used the personal experience of working in a highly pressured environment, combined with her academic studies, to fine tune her approach as a Business Psychologist. Helen is a Principal Consultant with extensive knowledge of talent assessment and development. She has a strong track record with our global clients, delivering talent assessment and development projects, where results are used at a board level for reporting purposes. Based in Chester, Helen is the lead trainer on the BeTalent Decision Styles Questionnaire and is an inspirational manager. Helen's signature strength is Energising.

Jessica Ross

Jessica is a highly composed individual who is involved in the validation for BeTalent's products. Her main goal is to ensure our products are robust, valid and reliable. Her work on Decision Styles has led to the British Psychological Society verified status, being achieved in 2022. Based in North London, Jessica joined Zircon in early 2021, following completion of her MSc in Occupational Psychology. She is a member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS) and is on the Register of Qualifications for Test Use. Her passion for inclusion in the workplace, especially diversity, mental health and chronic conditions, has led to the expansion of our Technical Manuals and client programs designed to address the inclusion gap.

Joe Warren

Artist and designer, Joseph is a First Class Honours graduate of Central St Martins School of Art, and has worked for leading design agencies from London to Los Angeles. He has decades of knowledge and a deep understanding of how humans connect through the experiences he creates. From his studio in North Essex, he was the lead visionary for the new Zircon and BeTalent branding and continues to oversee all aspects of our visual design as the business grows. Joining Zircon in 2022, his passion for creating an impact through digital channels has led him to become the Engineer and Editor of The Chief Psychology Officer (CPO) podcast. His original BSc equivalent in Business and Finance further helps to bring to us a wealth of legal and business acumen. Joining Zircon in 2022, he splits his time between the UK and Pakistan. Having worked for some of the World's largest IT companies, Tim was Technical Director of a start-up internet recruitment firm, which first started flotation on the NASDAQ for $100m.
