Andrea is our first line of technical support and graphic designer of the company with almost 10 years of experience in the field.
As a project coordinator and administrator, he brings structure and knowledge when collaborating with the team or supporting our clients. Andrea is a passionate and focused team member who has been involved in shaping the BeTalent Brand experience, from the creation of the product support material through to elevating the data insights into simple visual representations. He is primarily responsible for the BeTalent platform support so his blended style of creativity with a methodical mindset, always guarantees excellent work.
Andrea joined the company in 2013 as an employee and has continue to work with us from Catania, in Sicily, since 2018.

Angela is a qualified professional translator with over a decade of experience as an entrepreneur in the translation and localisation industry. She brings excellent communication skills, cultural awareness and customer focus to Zircon.
Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, helping to improve the BeTalent range of products and services, Angela is a customer centric professional.
Driven by a passion for collaborative engagement, she loves working with clients to understand their needs, identiying opportunities, devising strategies and helping them achieve their goals. She is an enthusiastic problem-solver who is always striving to drive value and deliver top-quality service. Based in Surry, Angela joined Zircon in 2022.

Attila joined Zircon in 2022 after graduating with First Class Honours in Psychology from the University of East London (UEL).
While at the start of his career in Business Psychology, it is clear that his ability to engage and inspire colleagues will be foundational to his success. His talent to be able to visualise common problems, synergises and learnings from working in a variety of sectors, including financial services and healthcare, will be another key element to creating value for our clients.
Attila is already award winning, having recently achieved the precidious award from the ABP in combination with his fellows at UEL.
Based in London, he assists the business with both product and client-related projects wherever possible.

Caitlin is a Senior Consultant based in London who joined Zircon in 2019 whilst finishing her Master's degree in Occupational and Business Psychology, for which she achieved a Distinction.
Since joining Zircon, she has managed a number of international projects which include leading the management, design and delivery of projects related to assessment for selection and development, talent strategy, leadership development and high potential identification. She is the lead trainer on the BeTalent Resilience Questionnaire Accreditation course.
Naturally inquisitive, with a keen interest in human behaviour, Caitlin leverages her active listening skills to create strong connections with clients and colleagues. Her signature strength is Influential.
Previously in the Army, Chris has had a varied career spanning 4 decades. He is now an assessment consultant and has over 30 years' experience in selection & leadership development, and assessment centre management within a variety of Government and public sector organisations.
Having worked for Zircon since 2005, Chris is one of the longest standing colleagues of the business and has particular expertise in senior assessment for recruitment and succession. His interests are in selection and development from graduate to CEO level, spanning small size companies up to multi-billion dollar corporations.

Claire first joined Zircon as an associate in 2010 and then after a stint away in permanent consultancy roles, re-joined in 2020.
She is an ICF-accredited coach (ACC) and a highly experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist, with extensive experience in leadership and team development, leadership coaching, group facilitation and in-depth leadership assessment.
A Chartered Member of the Division of Occupational Psychology within the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Certified Principal Business Psychologist within the Association of Business Psychologists, Claire has 20+ years' experience of supporting individuals to be their best selves at work and helping organisations to get the best out of their people.
Based in Hertfordshire, Claire's signature strength is Innovative.
Dirk is a business psychologist with may years of expertise in people assessment, development and organisational research.
He joined Zircon in 2006 and has since become a Business Manager for the firm. He focuses on talent and leadership development, though also finds himself advising businesses on what really matters to their people, ; such as well-being, hybrid work and how businesses can support their teams to lead them to even better performance.
Dirk is a native German who is based in Barnet, North London, though he works globally and is happy to pack his bag and travel wherever curiosity takes him. He loves gigs and concerts and can be found in small, hot and loud venues in Camden Town as well as the Royal Albert Hall.

Amanda founded Zircon in 2000, co-founded BeTalent in 2016 and established the Chief Psychology Officer Podcast in 2022. She is an award winning Chartered Occupational Psychologist, with vast amounts of experience in talent strategy, assessment, development, Leadership and Executive Coaching.
An Associate Fellow of the Division of Occupational Psychology within the British Psychological Society (BPS), a Fellow of the Association of Business Psychologists and a Chartered Scientist, Amanda has nearly 30 years experience on aligning businesses' talent strategy with their organisational strategy and objectives.
Amanda is the lead trainer on the BeTalent Strengths and Team Questionnaire Accreditation courses. Amanda's signature strength is Decisive.

Emily is a psychology undergraduate who supports Zircon by developing the suite of BeTalent products, and assisting with various client projects.
Initially introduced to Zircon by Kent University, Emily started at Zircon as a placement student and has been retained as a Trainee Business Psychologist following on from her forecast first class degree. Emily's main focus is conducting research and writing articles, as well as helping with the facilitation in a number of our training courses, workshops, and events. Based on the Isle of Wight, Emily joined Zircon in 2021.

Heidi is an analytical thinker who gathers knowledge in order to make decisions and enable a disciplined approach across the team she manages.
As a seasoned professional, she brings over 20 years of managerial and customer service, and administrative experience to her role. Heidi is primarily responsible for project co-ordination and administration for Zircon and as such, is core to the streamlining and successful delivery of all client projects. Joining the business in 2019, Heidi has introduced continuous improvement processes which have been significant in helping the business to achieve and maintain their ISO27001 standard.

Helen joined Zircon in 2016 as a Business Psychologist after starting her early career in the Financial Services industry.
While in the city she achieved a Masters in Organisational Psychology and used the personal experience of working in a highly pressured environment, combined with her academic studies, to fine tune her approach as a Business Psychologist. Helen is a Principal Consultant with extensive knowledge of talent assessment and development.
She has a strong track record with our global clients, delivering talent assessment and development projects, where results are used at a board level for reporting purposes.
Based in Chester, Helen is the lead trainer on the BeTalent Decision Styles Questionnaire and is an inspirational manager. Helen's signature strength is Energising.

Jan has been an associate with Zircon since 2013 and is based in the South of England. He is a Business Psychologist, with over two decades of experience in international talent strategy, assessment, people & business development, and Leadership & Executive Coaching.
An Associate Fellow of the Division of Occupational Psychology within the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Certified Principal Business Psychologist within the Association for Business Psychology (ABP), Jan has over 23 years' experience in designing and delivering talent strategy initiatives across most continents and all sectors.
With Dutch origins, Jan is a regular international speaker and commentator, straight-talking researcher and published author.
He loves learning languages, and his signature strength is Risk Taker.
Jane is a customer centric, business development and marketing professional with over 20 years experience, working with entrepreneurial businesses to large household brands.
Her previous work has been awarded high accolades from iconic industry stalwarts including the Digital Impact Awards - Best Use of Technology, eConsultancy Innovation Award and the IAB (Internet Advertising Bureau) Creative Showcase of the Year. She supports Zircon in understanding our customers' needs through a user experience approach, sharing thought leadership through our digital channels and developing the Customer Success program for the BeTalent product range.

Jessica is a highly composed individual who is involved in the validation for BeTalent's products. Her main goal is to ensure our products are robust, valid and reliable. Her work on Decision Styles has led to the British Psychological Society verified status, being achieved in 2022.
Based in North London, Jessica joined Zircon in early 2021, following completion of her MSc in Occupational Psychology. She is a member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS) and is on the Register of Qualifications for Test Use.
Her passion for inclusion in the workplace, especially diversity, mental health and chronic conditions, has led to the expansion of our Technical Manuals and client programs designed to address the inclusion gap.
Artist and designer, Joseph is a First Class Honours graduate of Central St Martins School of Art, and has worked for leading design agencies from London to Los Angeles.
He has decades of knowledge and a deep understanding of how humans connect through the experiences he creates. From his studio in North Essex, he was the lead visionary for the new Zircon and BeTalent branding and continues to oversee all aspects of our visual design as the business grows.
As a creative with extensive commercial experience, he finds novel ways to weave our unique identity into every touchpoint.

Julie is a Business Psychologist; specialising in Assessment for Development, supporting Business Executives in maximising their talent and achieving their aspirations.
She has worked with a number of diverse industries for over 20 years, has an MSc in Occupational Organisational Psychology and has been an associate consultant with Zircon since it was founded in 2000. She is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and has the expert ability to blend BeTalent with partner assessment tools to create real value for our customers
Julie is motivated by working with individuals and teams in raising awareness of their strengths and value.
Julie is now based in France and her signature strength is Genuine.
Katie is a business psychologist, based predominantly in Manchester, with experience in a wide range of industries and business sizes. She has been working with Zircon since 2012 originally as a full-time employee and now more flexibly to support her family and personal requirements.
Katie has an MSc in Occupational Psychology and enjoys applying the principles of psychology to the workplace. As senior executive assessor, Katie works with candidates to understand their top energisers, their true motivations and what drives them.
She likes to use this strength to find new opportunities to develop people within client organisations, and to think of new ways to help people learn.

Linda is a Leadership Coach based in the South East, with over 25 years' experience and has been working with senior leaders and middle managers to enable them in driving strategic success.
Linda's particular focus is enabling leaders to maximise their potential; stepping up to the next role, manage and lead high performing teams, and to also identify and remove blockers, risks and flaws.
he has also worked across all areas of the Organisation Development and talent space to bring about cultural change. Originally a client for over 10 years, Linda joined Zircon as part of the extended delivery team in September 2021, and has been supporting them with projects utilising the BeTalent psychometric tests and developing leadership capability.

Robert graduated with a First Class Honours Media Technology degree from the University of Salford in 2018.
He went on to consult on the future distribution models of media; i.e. film projection, streaming and social media, to bands wanting to make it in the music industry. Joining Zircon in 2022, his passion for creating an impact through digital channels has led him to become the Engineer and Editor of The Chief Psychology Officer (CPO) podcast.
His detail oriented mindset and technology focus, has led him to take responsibility for maintaining the high standards of quality and conformity in our business products and practices today, while future-proofing our systems and approach for tomorrow's brave new world.
Based in Wilmslow, Robert is a very meticulous and attentive individual. His signature strength is Self-Aware.
Sarah is an evaluative, meticulous, and attentive member of the team who cares about the wellbeing of her colleagues and loves taking a rigorous and objective approach to solving problems.
Sarah is our resident bookkeeper and office manager who also enjoys coordinating projects and creating processes to keep projects on track from start to finish. Joining the business in 2008 as a PA to the Directors, Sarah has become a core and vital member of the team who is responsible for all financial management.

Joining Zircon in 2021 as a industry placement student, Sharon went on to achieve a First Class Honours degree in Psychology at UEL.
Her keen interest in the field of Occupational Psychology has led Sharon to devise a hypothesis and validate her research, which focused on developing cognitive diversity through decision styles. Her personal approach, as an effective communicator with high levels of emotional intelligence, provides our clients with a level of flexibility and collaboration, which is ideal to motivate or defuse any challenging situation.
Ultimately, Sharon's ambition is to help people find fulfilment and happiness within their lives and to make a positive impact within our client's business.
Stu is one of the co-founders of BeTalent, established in 2016 and has 30 years of experience in the development and deployment of enterprise systems for international corporates.
For the last 20 years, he has exclusively focused on the development, sales and implementation of HR-related software solutions.
Previously, as the MD of a leading pan European job board & recruitment platform - JobPilot - and as the Group IT Director of a £500m UK plc - responsible for 2,500 people in 7 countries - Stu brings the understanding of security, cloud environments and risk mitigation for businesses, working at scale. Stu's signature strength is Responsible.

Syrie's career spans over 20 years' specialising as a PA, events planner and marketing professional - gaining her experience whilst at one of the Big Four accounting firms in the UK.
Her style is highly organised and efficient with excellent people and communication skills. Since joining Zircon in 2016 her work, as the PA to the Directors, office manager and project coordinator has earnt her the respect of colleagues and clients alike.
Syrie has the responsibility to ensure everything is planned, booked and communicated effectively; this she does with effortless style and is calming in the most difficult of times.
Talal is an international lawyer currently working as Process & Policy Advisor to Zircon and BeTalent. His career in the fields of constitutional and commercial law, both here in the UK and abroad (Pakistan), has led to director level positions in UK based companies, as well as having been on the board of directors of a Business Improvement District body. His original BSc equivalent in Business and Finance further helps to bring to us a wealth of legal and business acumen. Joining Zircon in 2022, he splits his time between the UK and Pakistan. Talal is objective in his analysis, articulate in his assessment and confident in the benefits for our clients when recommending improvements.

Tim has been working with Zircon since 2022 and became the fourth co-founder of BeTalent in 2016. As the Technical Innovation Director, Tim is an expert in the design and development of complex business systems.
He brings a pragmatic approach to problem solving and delivers high quality solutions that provide tangible business benefits. Having worked for some of the World's largest IT companies, Tim was Technical Director of a start-up internet recruitment firm, which first started flotation on the NASDAQ for $100m.
Tim is a keen game show contestant and a bit of a genius; he was the finalist on Fifteen to One in 2016 (Channel 4's equivalent to Mastermind) and has brought a deep sense of wit as Amanda's lead interviewer on The Chief Psychology Officer podcast. Tim's signature strength is Innovative.
