An independent contractor status GP, and LMC medical secretary, I believe excellent quality general practitioner led primary care is the key to the sustainability of the NHS. Above all I believe it leads to the best outcomes for patients.
I am committed to ensuring excellent patient outcomes remain at the heart of all the care we deliver, while ensuring the environment in which our clinicians operate, facilitates the highest quality care. I am the Lead for safeguarding across Malling Health.
An experienced Chief Executive, my career includes the police, aviation, health and social care. I have worked in both the public and private sectors, including Managing Director of BMI Healthcare and CEO of Buckinghamshire CCG.
Since joining in May 2019, I have focused on continuous quality improvement and sustainable business growth. 2020 brings new opportunities and it is an exciting time to be part of Malling Health.
