Ginny's passion for good food began during a year spent cooking in the French Alps and Tuscany, followed by five years as catering manager of The Sanctuary Health Club in London's Covent Garden. She gained invaluable experience working for several top London based corporate and hospitality caterers. Ginny Lyons Catering started up in South London in 2000 and with a life-style move, the business was relocated to Exeter, her home city, in 2002...
