Allen F. Reid - CHRO

Job Titles:

In his role, Mr. Reid leads the human resources organization, which drives the Company's global human capital strategy to ensure the company has the talent and organization capability to achieve its global growth goals. He is based at the Materion corporate headquarters in Mayfield Heights, Ohio and reports to Materion's President and Chief Executive Officer. He joined the company in April 2020 from Raytheon Company where he served as Vice President, Human Resources and Global Security Services for Raytheon's Missile Systems business. Prior to Raytheon, he was a corporate and labor law attorney with the firm of Maupin Taylor in North Carolina. He also spent several years with the General Electric Company as a Finance and Business Development associate. He holds a law degree from the University of Virginia, a master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois, and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama.

Clive Grannum

As head of the Performance Materials business segment, Clive is at the helm of a global leader in the production of specialty alloy products, clad inlay and overlay metals, beryllium-based metals, beryllium and aluminum metal matrix composites, beryllia ceramics, bulk and metallic glass materials and precious and base metal electroplated systems. Clive is based in Mayfield Heights, Ohio and reports to Materion's President and Chief Executive Officer. Grannum has nearly 30 years' experience building high-performing organizations within global specialty chemicals industry leaders, including Olin Corporation, Dow Chemical, Rohm and Haas, The ICI Group and The BOC Group. Before joining Materion in 2018, Clive was President of Olin's Global Chlorinated Organics business, the world's largest chlorinated enterprise. Prior to Olin, he served as President, Global Chlorinated Organics at The Dow Chemical Company. He also held several roles of increasing responsibility at The BOC Group and The ICI Group with his last role being Vice President of ICI and Senior Vice President, Uniqema Americas. Clive earned a Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace engineering from Boston University and an MBA from Yale University.

Dr. Ian Tribick

Ian joined Materion in 2007 and has served in a number of technology, operations and general management leadership positions at the corporate level and within three Materion businesses. He is based in Boston, Massachusetts and reports directly to Materion's President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Ian had more than 20 years experience in research, technology innovation, engineering, operations, global business development and general management in advanced technology companies in North America and Europe. A native of the United Kingdom, Ian is a graduate of the University of Leeds, where he earned both his bachelor's and doctorate degrees in materials science and engineering.

Gregory R. Chemnitz - Chief Legal Officer, VP

Based at Materion's Mayfield Heights, Ohio headquarters, Greg has leadership of the Company's legal affairs and compliance, litigation, contracts and negotiations, regulatory affairs, information and security, global trade compliance and corporate governance. He is an executive officer of the Company and reports to Materion's president and chief executive officer.

Jugal K. Vijayvargiya - CEO, President

Jugal K. Vijayvargiya joined Materion as President and CEO in March 2017. Prior to joining Materion, Mr. Vijayvargiya had an extensive 26-year international career with Delphi Automotive PLC, a leading global technology solutions provider to the automotive and transportation sectors. He most recently led Delphi Automotive's Electronics & Safety segment, a $3 billion global business based in Germany. In this role, Mr. Vijayvargiya has served as an officer of Delphi and a member of its Executive Committee. Previously, he served in progressively responsible positions in Europe and North America in product and manufacturing engineering, sales, product line management, acquisition integration and general management. Mr. Vijayvargiya received both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in electrical engineering from The Ohio State University.

Leo Linehan

The Electronic Materials business segment is an industry leader in the production of advanced chemicals, microelectronic packaging, precious and non-precious metals, and deposition reclamation and refining services. As the head of this dynamic business, Leo is responsible for a global manufacturing footprint with facilities throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. He is based in Mayfield Heights, Ohio and reports to Materion's President and Chief Executive Officer. Leo has over 30 years' experience building high-performing organizations within the microelectronics and specialty chemicals industries. Prior to joining Materion, Leo was Vice President and General Manager of Semiconductor Solutions with Element Solutions Inc., focused on supplying specialty process chemicals to the semiconductor and wafer level packaging industries. Prior to Element Solutions, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Electronic Chemicals at OM Group, delivering electroplating processes to the global printed circuit board and magnetic disk drive memory storage industries. Leo joined Dow Chemical Company in 2009 as part of its acquisition of Rohm and Haas and, following the acquisition, retained his senior leadership role in Dow's Electronics Materials business. Earlier, he held several positions of increasing responsibility at IBM. Leo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Shelly M. Chadwick - CFO

Shelly Chadwick is Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Materion Corporation. Shelly joined Materion in 2020 and leads the Company's accounting, tax, treasury and financial planning functions. As CFO, she also has responsibility for Materion's procurement and investor relations. Additionally, she is an executive officer of the Company. She is based at Materion's corporate headquarters in Mayfield Heights, Ohio and reports directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Materion, she was Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of the Timken Company, a world leader in engineered bearings and power transmission products. Prior to Timken, she was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer with Eckart America, a subsidiary of Altana AG. Before that, she held financial leadership roles of increasing responsibility with Noveon Inc., a leading global producer of advanced specialty chemicals, polymer-based formulations and chemical additives. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from Westfield State University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Anna Maria College.

Steve Holt - CIO

Steve began his career at Materion in November 2017 as Chief Information Officer. In his role, Steve is responsible for implementing and managing Materion's digital transformation across the globe that focuses on areas such as operational infrastructure, platform security, information protection, continuous improvement and strategic planning. Steve leads a team of several global employees and is based of out of the company's headquarters located in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Prior to joining Materion, Steve served as Chief Information Officer at Chart Industries as well as other IT-focused positions at TechnOptics, Accuride Corporation and Navistar. Over his 20 years leading global IT organizations, Steve has developed a strong excellence in transforming large-scale IT departments in various industries including manufacturing, energy, automotive and health care while helping organizations strategically plan and adopt new technology to ensure business growth and revenue generation. Steve holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Augusta State University and a master's degree in management from Brescia University. He currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio with his family.
