Amanda advises on all aspects of Private Client work, including wills, trusts and their related documents, mental capacity issues and LPAs, administering estates and giving personal tax planning advice. Also, as a Chartered Tax Adviser, Amanda specialises in complex trustee duty issues, cross border work, offshore trusts and advising Family Businesses.
Amanda is a member of the CIOT's Private Client (UK) and Private Client (International) technical subcommittees where she has been part of the teams making representations to HMRC on changes to the taxation of vulnerable beneficiaries' trusts and to the OTS on the recent CGT reviews.
