Angela has worked in the water industry since 2009. Instrumental in setting up the company's head office functions and maintaining ISO compliance, she also headed up the customer services team for Albion's first domestic NAV and ensured excellent service as the customer base expanded, managing customer onboarding and communications. Joining the Team as Business Process Manager, Angela is now focussed on business development, supporting regulatory compliance and leading on NAV applications.

David is a water industry executive with 30 years' experience within the public and private sectors. He was responsible for establishing water services provision for domestic customers, running a research program and restructuring Albion's operations in England and Wales. David is focused on maintaining regulatory compliance and, through Waterlevel, delivering wider environmental services needed to maintain sustainable communities.
Principal Shareholder and Founder Director of Waterlevel and its precursors. As Chairman Jerry brings over 40 years' experience in the water industry during which he has earned the respect and reputation as a champion of market reform and innovation and continues to drive the business to set new standards in resilience and sustainability.
Having spent much of his career employed at UPM Shotton Paper as Utilities Manager, in 2021 Kevin joined the Albion team to lead as our Key Customer Liaison officer. Skilled in project management and with extensive experience in safety, maintenance and operation of steam, power generation, water supply, effluent treatment and recycling, Kevin applies his invaluable expertise during the site's £600 million investment and conversion from paper making to cardboard and tissue production.
A founding shareholder, Director and a Non-exec Director. Malcolm has now retired. He remains a Project Advisor to ensure that corporate memory is retained within the business. He brings over 50 years of experience in the UK and international water sector, mainly operating in leading edge environments. These include industry restructuring, privatization, the introduction of competition and the development of a regional response to resilience issues. Malcolm was the lead on several of our innovation projects and provided oversight to the finance function.
A chartered accountant with over 40 years business experience, Paul joined the team in 2012, taking over responsibility for the finance and IT functions, later adding customer service and billing to his roles, including being the lead on non-household market opening.
