Our College is a specialist further education provider for young people aged 16-25 with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities, who require specialist programmes to develop communication, independence and employability to make a successful transition into adulthood... We are one of the leading specialist education providers in Newcastle upon Tyne. We have 2 schools that offer specialist education for a range of complex physical disabilities and learning difficulties and cater to children and young people aged 3 to 19... At Hedleys Horizons our onsite therapy team is available without a referral throughout the year. Integrated therapy provision is assessed individually and then integrated on weekly basis within service users鈥� activities. We provide specialist treatment programmes, including on-site hydrotherapy and rebound therapy, assessments and regular reviews, and links to community-based services when required.听
