Carole Winwood is our European Manager and is based in Ireland. Samantha Smith leads customer service and is interim assistant lead for business development, with new senior and team regional appointments to follow in 2023. Julia Alesini and Shay Virk currently manage marketing and communications reporting to a new Head of Marketing joining in March / April.

Deborah Collier is senior strategic leader with 30-years experience working across digital, marketing and business. A plural board member, with nearly 20-years senior executive and company Director experience in the USA and UK, she is also a media group CEO, and a Non-Executive Director on a government funded education organisation. Listed a Top 10 Thought-Leader in 'Legal & IP' for her expertise in Digital Governance and the business of intellectual property, she is also a Top 10 Thought-Leader for 'Business Strategy', and was listed in 2016, in a publication's Top 100 Most Influential Chief Marketing Officers in the World. Deborah is responsible for the strategic leadership, board structure and oversight of the group of international companies, including it's appointment of regional Vice-Presidents (who operate as Managing Directors).
Mark Furney leads our IT function, with Jimmy Phillips managing production of our e-learning programs.
Sarah Marsh is our European Operations Manager. Kim Chance leads human resources in the Europe, including our international team of contractors. She is also leading HR on an interim basis in the US. Tish Warren is our Head of Finance
