I'm a self-taught web developer who stumbled into digital marketing through a part time job at University. I went on to work with a number of digital agencies when I was in an in-house marketing manager role which led me to identify an opportunity to start Impression to offer a better service and product. Day to day, I work closely with all of our marketing departments to ensure all of our clients are achieving their growth potential. Non-stop innovating, I focus on the quality and effectiveness of our services, regularly collaborating with clients.

Adam Bly

Adam Bly has specialist knowledge in Digital Marketing Strategy. I worked with Impression when in a previous in-house role before going on to work for them. I joined the team in 2017, helping to grow the agency and bring new clients and board. My previous in-house experience allows me to see things from the client's perspective. Typically, I spend my days on the phone to new and prospective clients, understanding their needs and discussing strategies to help their business grow. Alongside this, I focus a lot on our internal processes, trying to find ways to improve the way that we work.

Amy Stamper

Amy Stamper has specialist knowledge in Paid Social and Display Advertising. After 5 years' experience in a startup agency, I learned about all aspects of digital from PPC to content to email campaigns - but I soon realised that paid social is what I loved the most. After a years' break to go travelling, I joined Impression as its first purely paid social person in the paid media team. Day to day, my time is spent analysing campaign performance, delivering training sessions, and investigating new, innovative strategies with my clients. Digital marketing changes all the time, so I'm passionate about innovation, whether that's trialling new audience targeting or testing completely new social media advertising platforms.

Beck Lee

After Huddersfield University with a degree in Interactive Multimedia, I worked for several years as a freelance graphic designer. In one of my first jobs, I worked alongside Impression founders Tom and Aaron, designing the initial brand and website. I continued to work with them on many design projects before joining in a full-time role in February 2016. In my role as a designer, I work alongside the different teams within the company, supporting on a broad range of tasks from creating illustrations for content marketing pieces to designing social media assets.
