- Property Management Executive - Portugal
Alexandra has 15 years' experience in the Portuguese real estate market.
Alexandra forms part of the property management team at Quinta da Fonte Business Park, where she is using her experience and skills to deliver a premium work environment for leading pharmaceutical, engineering, finance, consulting and IT companies that occupy the park.
Prior to joining Acacia Point, Alexandra worked for 13 years as Property Manager at PREA and, more recently, as a Property and Facilities Manager at WiderProperties.

- Head of Project Management - Portugal
Alvin has more than 10 years' experience within the construction industry and holds a degree in Construction Management and Property (specialisation in Property Development), from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. Currently he is the only registered Chartered RICS Building Surveyor operating in Portugal.
Alvin leads the Project Management Department, undertaking building refurbishments and tenant fit-outs.
Previously, he led the Building Surveying Department in Gleeds Portugal was also at JLL Portugal as a Site Manager.

André has a master's degree in civil engineering and 10 years' experience in the Portuguese real estate market.
André leads the property management team at Acacia Point in Portugal, responsible for the management and repositioning of 17 buildings at Quinta da Fonte Business Park.
Prior to joining Acacia Point, André worked at Cushman and Wakefield and also at the retailer, Staples, where he was responsible for managing 35 stores, its Portuguese headquarters and logistics platform.
Erica has a degree in Modern European Studies from University College London and studied at the Institut de la Construction et de l'Habitat (ICH) in Paris. She has over 10 years' experience in the European property industry.
Before joining Acacia Point, Erica held prior roles at AXA Real Estate Investment Managers (London), Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets (Paris) and Linklaters LLP (Paris).

Luis has a degree in Business and Administration and 23 years' experience in the Portuguese real estate market.
Luis leads the Portuguese business and focuses on identifying new investment opportunities and is responsible for the execution of portfolio business plans and driving value creation. He is at the forefront of dialogue with municipalities, architects, professional service suppliers and other stakeholders.
Previously, Luis was Head of Cushman & Wakefield's Portuguese Capital Markets team and served on its Management Board. He is one of Portugal's real estate veterans, transacting more than 4bn, including offices, retail and logistics. Luis's career started at the Portuguese Securities and Exchange Commission.

Maria has a degree in Business Management and Administration from the Lisbon university, INP - Instituto Superior Novas Profissões, and more than 20 years of experience in the Portuguese real estate market.
Since 1999, Maria has been responsible for the management and leasing of Quinta da Fonte Business Park, the country's 2nd largest out-of-town office park comprising 80,000 sqm across 22 buildings. Her deep knowledge of the park enables her to proactively continue improving the performance of the assets and enrich the experience of the 5,000 personnel working there.

Matthew has a degree in Real Estate and 30 years' experience in the property industry spanning three continents.
Matthew founded Acacia Point in 2014 and leads the company's strategic direction, business development, capital raising and investor relations.
Previously, Matthew was Head of Fund Management at Internos Global Investors ( 4bn portfolio) and served on its Executive and Investment Committees. Earlier career roles include The GPT Group (European Investment Manager) and Cushman & Wakefield (Partner, Capital Markets: Portugal and India). His real estate career commenced in Australia in 1990 with Hillier Parker.

Pedro holds a Master's degree in Management, specialising in Finance, from the University Institute of Lisbon (ISCTE).
He has a wealth of experience in finance, combined with 20 years of experience in the Corporate Real Estate Industry. Pedro leads the Finance Department overseeing Accounting, Treasury, and Controlling in close cooperation with the operational areas.
Raquel has a degree in Tourism Management from ESHTE (Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies) and further studies in Human Resources Management. Previously she worked within international 5-star hotel chains including Marriott and Intercontinental, gaining valuable skills delivering high service levels for the most demanding of clients.
At Acacia Point, Raquel is responsible for liaising with, and assisting, all departments to ensure timely and impressive service levels for our tenants.

Rita has a bachelor's degree in Management and a master's degree in Marketing Management from IPAM Lisboa.
Rita is responsible for running brand management, marketing, events, website and social media at the Quinta da Fonte Office Park in Lisbon. She has extensive prior experience from a prior role as Head of Marketing within an international hotel and resorts group.

Thomas has extensive experience managing retail, office and light industrial property in a career spanning 20 years. His skill set includes leasing and tenant relations, asset repositioning to fully exploit planning potential, overseeing refurbishment projects and driving asset-level operational cost efficiency.
Thomas started his career at Gerling Insurance (Real Estate division) and has subsequently held roles at DeTeImmobilien, Axa Investment Managers, CorpusSireo and Internos Global Investors.

Tim has 8 years' experience in the European property industry and holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading in the UK, and a BBA in Real Estate from Hanze University, Groningen, Netherlands.
At Acacia Point, Tim leads investment activities in the Netherlands and oversees the group's financial underwriting and investor reporting.
Previously, Tim held the position of Portfolio Manager at Internos Global Investors where he managed funds with assets in Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, France and Italy. Earlier, Tim worked at Savills in Amsterdam.
