Josh is a professionally trained architect who has considerable experience in the construction industry and takes responsibility for contract management and quality control of Allum developments.
Sandra joined the Allum group in 2007 after gaining nearly twenty years of experience working within a Financial Services environment in various accounting and leadership roles. She is also PA and ensures the smooth running of the office, looking after the day to day accounting and administration.
Terry has 42 years experience of the property market and developing, originally having trained as a Master Craftsman. Experience includes running a sub contracting business working for the P.S.A, BAA, British Rail, Crown Estates, Hilton Group, Safeway and Woolworths together with multi-national building companies. Terry has completed numerous developments from single houses to residential estates.
