Mark is an English solicitor (attorney) and managing partner of Anderson Law. He has over 35 years' experience as a commercial and intellectual property lawyer.
Mark is chairman of the board of directors of BioLaw Europe FmbA, an association of lawyers (mostly based in small firms) in different European countries who specialise in advising the life science sector. BioLaw Europe is incorporated as a Danish not-for-profit association.
Together with other members of Anderson Law, Mark is the author of several legal textbooks, loose-leaf works and volumes of legal encyclopaedias in the areas of intellectual property and commercial law.
Mark is the lead author of a legal blog, IP Draughts, which has won an American Bar Association award.

Matthew is a senior consultant (corporate) for Anderson Law LLP.
Matthew is a solicitor with 30 years' experience in advising early-stage businesses on all of the corporate legal situations they are likely to encounter, including establishment and fund-raising.
Nicki is a solicitor and senior associate at Anderson Law.
Nicki advises on a range of intellectual property and general commercial law matters, which include licensing arrangements, transactions and exploitation of intellectual property. She is currently undertaking part-time secondments with university clients.
She has previous recent experience in negotiating contracts with industry sponsors and academic collaborators in the Maths, Physics and Life Sciences Division at the University of Oxford.
Prior to that Nicki practised general commercial law and commercial property litigation in private practice in Buckinghamshire. Nicki qualified in 1987 with S.J.Berwin & Co where she initially specialised in commercial property litigation and employment law.
While taking time out for her family mid-career, Nicki acted as governance officer for a medical research charity, completed a part-time History of Art Diploma at the Continuing Education Department in Oxford, and ran her own business from home.

Rita works on a range of intellectual property and general commercial law matters, including licensing arrangements, research collaborations and exploitation of intellectual property. As part of her training, Rita recently undertook an IP litigation seat at EIP.
Prior to joining Anderson Law, Rita was a Technology Licensing Executive at Imperial Innovations where she managed the invention portfolio arising from the Dyson Robotics Lab and the Computing and Mechanical Engineering Departments. While at Innovations, Rita also worked within the Engineering Intellectual Property Team as an IP Associate, where she assisted with drafting and prosecution of patent applications.
After finishing her Ph.D., Rita completed a Legal & Fundraising internship at Reload Greece, a start-up accelerator closely linked with the London Business School.
