Mark Hayes BSc Hons MRICS, Director Mark is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years' experience in the commercial and residential property investment and development markets. He has worked in commercial agency with Colliers International, commercial property finance with Hypo Bank (now Deutsche Pfandbriefbank), and most recently with MCR Property Group, a substantial privately-owned property group. During his extensive property career, Mark has acquired and sold numerous commercial and residential assets across the UK on behalf of private individuals, funds and property companies. Roger Hemming MA, ACA, Director Roger is a former investment banker with some 30 years' experience of working in the City, predominantly for Rothschild the global investment bank. He has extensive experience of working in the UK regions - in particular in the North West and the North East, and latterly in the Midlands where he was Head of the Birmingham Office with responsibility for the region. Roger holds a BA (Hons) and MA in Engineering Science from Oxford University. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co in London before moving into investment banking. Roger's City career was focused on advising multinational corporate, institutional, private equity and family clients at Board level. His assignments included experience of all aspects of corporate finance from financial assurance and corporate strategy matters to fund raisings - both private and public equity as well as debt capital - mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and restructurings. He has worked in all industry sectors including real estate. He is also founder and owner of a residential investment portfolio, which has a 20-year track record of growing and generating value in the London and the UK regional property markets. His property business has involved him in residential investment, development, management and lettings through multiple property cycles.
