NEIL COLE - Founder, Managing Director

Neil is co-founder and managing director at Ascia Construction. Neil followed in his father's footsteps to join the industry, and with Rob has developed a company and team that is dedicated to client satisfaction.
Neil is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building, with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Building Engineering and Management. He has over twenty-five years experience in the design, construction and safe delivery of projects in all sectors.
Neil enjoys spending time with his friends and family, mountain biking, sailing, running and walking in and around the South Downs.
Rob is co-founder and director at Ascia Construction. He has over twenty years of construction experience, and a drive and passion for creating a positive experience that mutually benefits everyone in the project team. He understands the importance of delivering cost efficient, transparent projects that demonstrate true value for the client.
In his spare time Rob loves spending time with his family and friends and enjoys all things out doors, including hiking, skiing, mountain biking, football and golf.
Having progressed through the ranks of site management Steve has a wealth of experience across all sectors of construction. He is passionate about providing the best possible experience during the construction process, from concept through to safe delivery not only for our customers, but for our site and wider project teams.
Steve is a keen golfer and enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his family and dogs!
