Adam Hall

Adam Hall leads the transactions department at Big V Property Group, which coordinates due diligence during new property acquisitions, and assists in dispositions, acquisitions, construction, property management, legal and accounting departments in all property transactions. During his time with the company, he has managed turnkey build-outs of 25,000-square-foot Burlington stores in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama. Prior to joining the team in 2020 as a construction project manager, Adam worked as a project manager for retail and general commercial builders in the Carolinas. He has completed tenant upfit, landlord work, and public utility projects across the country. Adam holds a BA from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, a JD from the Charleston School of Law, and an MS in Construction Sciences and Management from Clemson University. He is also a member of the South Carolina Bar and the D.C. Bar. When not on the job, Adam enjoys traveling, golfing, and following his favorite sports teams- the Tigers, Tar Heels, and Carolina Panthers.

Alex Botbyl

Alex is an accounting professional with expertise in triple-net leases. Joining Big V Property Group in December 2021, he sets his focus on prospective acquisitions and onboarding new properties, all while streamlining repetitive tasks at a consistent output to bolster the company's growth strategy. Before Big V Property Group, Alex was a staff accountant at Shoprite Supermarkets. He specialized in analyzing chain-wide inventories, auditing triple net and operating expense reconciliations for the shopping centers, and forecasted occupancy, utility, and depreciation expenses. Alex is a magna cum laude graduate of SUNY New Paltz, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting. When he's not chasing or being chased by his daughter, Alex enjoys playing, building, and tinkering with guitars. He is also a hobbyist woodworker and a DIY advocate (and he's very grateful for his wife's patience while he further breaks the things he is trying to fix).

Brad Bisser

Brad Bisser joins Big V Property Group as our Vice President of Property Management, bringing over 25 years of experience in the shopping center industry. He has extensive expertise in operating enclosed, open-air, and mixed-use developments, as well as in leasing, development, and disposition. Brad specializes in team building and development, organizational efficiency and strategy, new business development, and NOI optimization to create best-in-class retail real estate. Before joining Big V, Brad served as the Senior Vice President of Property Management at Thompson Thrift Retail Group, where he played a key role in overseeing a portfolio of 70 lifestyle and mixed-use shopping centers. In addition to being an active member of ICSC, Brad is also an avid pilot, cyclist, ice hockey player, scuba diver, hiker, and traveler. He and his wife, Lori, have three children, Andrew, Nick, and Margeaux, as well as two dogs, Edison and Bear. Brad enjoys volunteering at his local church, Immaculate Heart of Mary, participating in community service projects, and preparing and serving meals at a local teen shelter. He holds a degree in German & International Business from Southern Illinois University. Brandon Hartsell

Brent Fabbri

Brent Fabbri is a leasing specialist responsible for implementing an overarching leasing strategy for the properties he oversees. He does so by recognizing new retail trends, having key knowledge regarding his particular markets and regions, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and brokers. Brent also pursues qualified prospective tenants and transacts on new leases. Before Joining Big V Property Group, Brent worked as a leasing specialist for Interstate Realty Advisors in Bristol, TN. While there, he managed the leasing and development of new ground-up retail projects throughout the Southeast. Brent has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is an ICSC member. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family, a good beach day, fishing, and sipping a good cup of coffee.

Brent Hendrix - CFO

Before joining Big V Property Group, Brent was Controller at Shoprite Supermarkets, Inc. where he worked for twelve years. Brent has immeasurable real estate accounting experience. He holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Montclair State University. Brent is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Brett Lipman

Brett Lipman is a professional with over 10 years of project management experience. While relatively new to retail construction, he has extensive experience in marketing communications and event management. At Big V Property Group, Brett is responsible for completing capital expenditure projects that improve and maintain the function of the company's shopping centers. Additionally, he ensures that new tenant projects are finished on time and within budget, manages communication between external and internal stakeholders, writes vendor contracts, and oversees financials. Brett holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Elon University, a Masters in The Management of Sports Industries from the University of New Haven, and a Masters of Construction and Facilities Management from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Bryan Kallenberg

Bryan is Vice President of Capital Markets and is responsible for executing on the company's capital market strategies. Bryan is focused on maintaining existing lender relationships as well as establishing new relationships with capital partners that meet corporate guidelines. Prior to joining Big V, Bryan was Vice President at Meridian Capital where managed client accounts that included REITS, Financial Institutions, family offices and private owners. During his tenure at Meridian, Bryan personally originated over $500mm of commercial real estate debt and was nominated in Real Estate Weekly's "2018 Rising Stars of Real Estate". In addition to his capital market experience, Bryan worked as an investment sales associate with ERG Property Advisors in their National Retail Group. Bryan graduated summa cum laude from Adelphi University with a BA in marketing.

Carlyne Kaye

Carlyne Kaye joined Big V Property Group in 2022 and serves as Property Manager for the Rim. She brings over 25 years of property management experience and is responsible for tenant relations, overall shopping center appearance, and managing day-to-day property management and operations. Prior to joining Big V Property Group, she managed a wide range of commercial properties including retail, commercial office buildings, mixed-use, and industrial. Carlyne has an RPA Designation (Real Property Administrator) which provides knowledge of operating commercial buildings and continuing education to enhance the value of an asset.

Caroline Dollard

Caroline Dollard has professional experience working in commercial property management, community association management, residential project management, and as a paralegal. Joining the Big V Property Group team in June of 2022 as the property manager for newly acquired ski villages located in VT, WV, and CO, she serves as the commercial representative for all HOA associations. Working closely with the community managers and on-site property managers for each ski village property, Caroline recently expanded her property portfolio to include shopping centers in TN and AL. Caroline attended Peace College in Raleigh, NC. She is always on the search for her next travel adventure, and in her spare time, she can most often be found on the water or catching live music.

Caroline Horne is a real estate professional responsible for leasing over 4 million square feet of retail space throughout Big V Property Group's Southeastern portfolio. Before joining Big V Property Group in 2021, Caroline worked as a leasing agent at RCG Ventures in Atlanta. She has also held a broker position at Avison Young in retail advisory services. Originally from South Florida, Caroline is a University of Georgia graduate, holds real estate licenses in GA and AL, and is an ICSC member. She currently lives in Atlanta with her husband, daughter, and two stepchildren. When off the clock, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family, watching college football, and traveling.

Chase Rouse

Dean Lumish

Dean Lumish is a member of the Capital Markets Team, in which he assists in facilitating and executing Big V Property Group's capital market strategies. His core responsibilities include servicing and maintaining existing capital partner relationships, underwriting property debt, and analyzing investment capital stack structures. Dean additionally supports the Capital Markets Team through forward-looking interest rate projections to mitigate potential risks they may pose to investment plans and the company's portfolio. He has also aided in underwriting and securing debt for the Big V Income Fund.

Diane Dross

Diane Dross secures insurance coverage for various areas of Big V Property Group - covering new asset purchases, executive and employee operations, and policy portfolio renewals for existing properties and vehicles. In addition, she compiles property and leasing data for insurance underwriters on new properties, works with the legal and leasing departments on lease insurance requirements, property management for insurance claims and inspection reports, and processes A/P invoices. Prior to joining Big V Property Group, Diane worked for the Rosenberg family business as a ShopRite cashier, being promoted to Big V Supermarkets' corporate office as a maintenance executive assistant and then advancing to purchasing agent for the chain. She also served as property manager of the Big V Town Centre in Vails Gate, NY before handling insurance for the company. Diane has an associate's degree in Accounting from Orange County Community College and is a certified notary. In her time off, she loves to read good books, spend time with her family, and take on arts and crafts projects.

Elizabeth "Buffy" Farnsworth

For those that I have not met in person, my name is Elizabeth Farnsworth, but I go by Buffy. I am excited to bring human resource support to Big V Properties! I started my career with Marriott International where I worked in Sales for 7 years and Human Resources for 8 years. I worked for a year as an HR Manager for a real estate/construction company, spent 5 years as the HR Manager for the local Jiffy Lube Franchise and most recently, spent a year and a half as the HR Director for The Brixton Group, an IT staffing solutions firm. While HR regulations remain fairly consistent from industry to industry, each company brings exciting new challenges. I am looking forward to working with each of you and growing with Big V.

Eric Zimmermann

Eric Zimmermann joined Big V Property Group in 2023 as an advisor to the Executive Committee and stepped into the role of interim Chief Acquisition Officer later that same year. Eric's principal mission will be to steer the company's acquisitions strategy, leveraging his vast knowledge in retail acquisitions, capital markets, and equity investment. He will work in tandem with the core executive teams to ensure Big V's endeavors meet and exceed its business plan goals and objectives. Prior to Big V Property Group, Eric joined Eastdil (predecessor to Eastdil Secured) in 2002 as a Managing Director in their Atlanta office. Mr. Zimmermann joined the firm after working 15 years in the retail investment industry, where he focused primarily on the sale, JV, and financing of open-air shopping centers and portfolios throughout the United States. Recently completed transactions include the $660M sale of the iconic Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, MO, the $494M sale of Avalon - a mixed-use development in north Atlanta, and the $142M sale of Southlands Town Center in Aurora, CO. Eric has completed more than $30B of retail investment sales / note sales / joint ventures. Eric graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.

Francisco Rojas

Greg Dobur has worked in retail real estate for more than 22 years. At Big V Property Group, Greg is responsible for overseeing development projects within the company's portfolio as well as seeking out new development opportunities. Throughout his career, Greg has specialized in retail leasing, sales, site selection, acquisitions, and development. Before joining Big V Property Group in 2017, he spent the majority of his professional years at Anchor Associates and Anchor Properties. Greg has a BBA from the University of Cincinnati and holds a real estate BIC license in NC and SC. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and getting outdoors.

Greg brings more than 25 years of experience in the retail industry to the Big V Team, with expertise in leasing, redevelopment, re-merchandising, tenant mix and maximizing NOI. Prior to joining Big V, Greg was a Senior Vice President at JLL, responsible for the overall development and execution of leasing strategies. Greg has strong knowledge of lease negotiations, development, re-development and tenant mix and has developed and maintains strong retailer and Landlord relationships on national, regional and local levels. Prior to joining JLL, Greg was Vice President of Kimco Realty's Southern Region. He was responsible for seven South Eastern states, and Puerto Rico. As Vice President, he oversaw budgeting, leasing, redevelopment, remerchandising, and repositioning of retails assets. Greg received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University. He holds a real estate license in the states of North Carolina, and New Jersey.

Harrison Kazlauskas

Harrison Kazlauskas is a member of the Big V Property Group asset management team and is responsible for collaborating with all departments to collect data, track asset performance, and analyze financial information. Additionally, Harrison assists with the preparation of budgets and forecasts while analyzing the performance of the portfolio against targets and underwriting assumptions. Prior to joining Big V Property Group, Harrison's gained real estate experience ranging from multifamily property management to financial planning & analysis at Link Logistics Real Estate, a Blackstone company. Additionally, he completed an 8-week CRE Fast Track course refining his investment analysis and financial modeling skills. Harrison graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate where he held multiple leadership roles within the Neeley School of Business community. Before Big V Property Group, she began her career in lease administration with American Express in her hometown of Chicago. Jessica is a San Antonio Chapter IREM Board Member and holds an IREM Certified Property Manager Certification. She has 10 and 13-year-old sons and two cats that keep her hands full.
